I have strange periods

For the last ten years on and off I have had strange periods. I either do not bleed at all or I bleed for months and months at a time.

The doctor has now put me on Norethisterone and says I need a coil fitted.

Is this the 権利 thing to do and will this stop me bleeding as my 負わせる has gone up and 負かす／撃墜する through all of this bleeding and not bleeding. Thanks
