Look again, and you’ll notice something else they have in ありふれた: in most 発射s the actresses are sucking their tummies in for all they’re 価値(がある). You only have to look at the Instagram and Twitter accounts of some 井戸/弁護士席-known women to see that the six-pack snap has become the new pout 発射.

Chloe Madeley, Kate Hudson and Ellie Goulding seem to 地位,任命する pictures of their sculpted stomachs almost daily.

Perhaps the most famous older owner of a six-pack is Davina McCall - 48 tomorrow and a mother-of-three. But with a 一連の workout DVDs to plug, it’s little wonder she flashes her tum at every 適切な時期.

Talk to men of any age and very few will 収容する/認める to finding a masculine 団体/死体 形態/調整 attractive on a woman - whether it’s bulging biceps, 幅の広い shoulders or six-packs. When you think about it, why would they? That’s how their 団体/死体s are meant to look.

‘To look 堅い, to appear equal to men rather than weak and feeble,’ says Marisa Peer, a therapist and 団体/死体-image 専門家.

‘It’s a step on from tattoos. There was a time when it wa s mostly men who had tattoos; then women started getting them.

‘They started off small and 控えめの, got bigger and now there seems to be a 傾向 for women to be 署名/調印するd on 特に painful parts of the 団体/死体, such as the 支援する of the neck or the spine. It’s 説: “I can 耐える anything a man can.”

‘The six-pack craze is part of that same mentality.’

Marisa believes the fact men find it unattractive 追加するs to the 控訴,上告.

‘If you look at the type of woman who has this 団体/死体 形態/調整 - Mel B, or Madonna a few years ago - they’re feisty and opinionated.

‘Part of the message is that they don’t pander to men and they don’t need looking after. Social マスコミ is 促進するing the 傾向, but it’s unobtainable for ordinary women without trainers and personal chefs.

‘Most 結局 realise it’s pretty 哀れな to have to 充てる so much time to 演習 and dieting.’

Our 団体/死体s are designed to look different to men’s and we need to stop trying to fight Mother Nature

One 味方する-影響 of a six-pack in women is that it will always come at the expense of a waist.

Boobs also go out of the window when a six-pack comes to town. It’s why we are seeing 増加するing numbers of women with 団体/死体s like men, save for their bolted-on beach-ball breast implants.

No 疑問 this ugly 傾向, just like the size-無 fad, will pass. However, for any woman crazy or deluded enough to think she, too, can get a six-pack like the 星/主役にするs, then there’s certainly no 不足 of (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) 利用できる.

A quick look at YouTube 明らかにする/漏らすs 1.2 million ビデオ tutorials all 的d at women - 殺し屋 Abs! Extreme Abs! Ripped Abs! Six Pack And Sexy! - all featuring photographs of トンd, tanned, scary-looking women.

While there are plenty of 調書をとる/予約するs, apps and DVDs 約束ing to 配達する a six-pack with just a few minutes’ 演習 a day, how 現実主義の is it for the 普通の/平均(する) woman with a わずかに doughy tummy to think she can get a six-pack?

‘Not very, unless she’s 特に genetically blessed,’ says personal trainer Karen Austin.

Perhaps the most famous older owner of a six-pack is 48-year-old mother-of-three Davina McCall

‘There are some women for whom a six-pack would be a real challenge to 達成する. A natural apple 形態/調整, who 蓄える/店s her fat around her middle, will find it very hard to get defined 復部のs.’

Karen, who is based in Manchester, says she notices a real generational divide when it comes to the ideal 団体/死体 形態/調整.

‘My (弁護士の)依頼人s over 40 want a flatter stomach and to トン up - 特に their 武器 - but they are all very anxious about not looking too muscular or masculine.

‘Younger women want 激しく揺する-hard abs and muscles. Luckily, a six-pack’s easier for a younger person to 達成する because her hormones are more balanced - unlike older women, who tend to start laying fat 負かす/撃墜する around the middle when their hormones go out of sync.’

Another fact women seem to ignore in their 追求(する),探索(する) to look like gladiators is that we have a 自然に higher 団体/死体 fat 百分率 than men. The 普通の/平均(する) healthy woman has 25 to 30 per cent, compared with 18 to 24 per cent for a man.’

So the truth is that a six-pack takes 広大な/多数の/重要な dedication. ‘Abs don’t come from hundreds of sit-ups or 持つ/拘留するing a plank for ten minutes,’ says Karen. ‘It’s about high-intensity interval training, but also an entire lifestyle 精密検査する. A celebrity with a six-pack will also follow a very strict diet, with plenty of protein, and 限られた/立憲的な starches and sugar.

‘An important part of fitness is having 現実主義の goals and not setting yourself up for a 落ちる. Remember, celebrities are paid a lot of money to look as good as they do.’

Another thing to 耐える in mind is that the abs may not, in fact, be all that they seem.

Beyonce and Lindsay Lohan have both been (刑事)被告 of digitally editing their Instagram photos, and a six-pack is 公正に/かなり 平易な to 達成する with skilfully 適用するd 偽の tan contouring.

価値(がある) remembering, too, is that a muscular 団体/死体 isn’t やむを得ず a healthy one. Many 女性(の) celebrities - 含むing those who bleat on endlessly about eating ‘clean’ and working out - smoke like chimneys. After all, cigarettes are said to 抑える the appetite.
