An entrepreneur who made it to the 決勝戦 of The 見習い工 has 明らかにする／漏らすd she's banned staff from gossiping in the three companies she runs.

妊娠している Michaela Wain, who appeared in last year's 一連の the BBC show, said she thinks 'chatting over the water cooler' is 反対する-生産力のある and 類似の to いじめ（る）ing.

Speaking on Good Morning Britain on Monday, the 33-year-old said it was a her '義務' to make sure her staff don't 'go home crying every night' after becoming the 的 of office gossips.

Her comments were crticised by GMB テレビ視聴者s who （人命などを）奪う，主張するd it would be 'impossible' to 禁止（する） gossiping, and compared the idea to 'thought police'.

Michaela, who runs three companies -?3D Custom Coverings,?Vantage 公共事業（料金）／有用性 関係s, and Design and Build Construction - was 審議ing the 問題／発行する after the news that several Australian 会社／堅いs have banned gossiping in the workplace.

And Australian workplace 専門家 Rose Bryant-Smith said the ありふれた habit could 結局最後にはーなる 本気で 影響する／感情ing your career.

Michaela supported the move, 説 companies should follow 控訴 and '阻止する gossiping in the bud'.

She explained: 'Everybody's got different personalities and the way I would を取り引きする something isn't やむを得ず how a 女性 character would を取り引きする it so you just need to 阻止する it in the bud because it's not 生産力のある.?

テレビ視聴者s 同意しないd with her arguments, and said it was 'ridiculous' to think bosses can 支配（する）／統制する gossiping.

One tweeted: '禁止（する） oxygen next......oh please just stop. Stop it! This ''禁止（する） it'' is getting ridiculous.'

'What next... the thought police?' another 地位，任命するd.?

A third said: 'How can you 禁止（する） people taking? Honestly the western world with its thought police has gone mad.'

Another wrote: 'OMG how ridiculous! They are trying to 支配（する）／統制する every 面 of our lives!'

However, Michaela, who is six months 妊娠している, said the move isn't about trying to 支配（する）／統制する people, but having 'morals'.

She continued: 'When it comes to something like this, gossiping and people's feelings, how is that PC? It's not, it's just about 存在 a nice person and growing up with morals.?

'You just don't speak about people and 原因（となる） trouble; it's just unnecessary, 汚い and I 本人自身で don't agree with it.'

She 追加するd: 'I think I have a 義務 to my staff to make sure everybody in the office is happy and comfortable and If I hear somebody's been going home crying at night of course I'm going to 介入する.'?

Speaking to The Sun, Michaela 明らかにする／漏らすd the couple are 推定する／予想するing a baby boy and said she was 'very happy' to be having another baby, as she also has a child from a previous 関係.

Michaela's baby news comes after she 以前 明らかにする／漏らすd she had 苦しむd several miscarriages, and calls her eight-year-old son - also 指名するd Harrison - her '奇蹟 child'.
