A 62-year-old who is an Instagram sensation says she loves showing off her 'lines and wrinkles' and feels more 確信して now than she was in her twenties.?

Nikki Redcliffe, who lives in Brighton, says she used to be '普通の／平均（する）' ーに関して／ーの点でs of looks and 着せる／賦与するing during her 'mummy years', but?was self-conscious as a younger woman and even considered cosmetic 外科.

She said: 'I was always obsessed with 着せる／賦与するs and fashion, even as a small child. In my teens I spent every penny on my wardrobe and I still consider my Saturday 職業 at Biba to be the best 職業 I ever had.

'I was a 献身的な 信奉者 of fashion and with a special 利益／興味 in designs of the past. I hankered after a career in design but 伸び（る）d a History degree before going on to work in PR and then in marketing and new 製品 開発 in the fashion cosmetics 産業.

'I took a bit of a fashion holiday during the 'mummy years' when time and money were in short 供給（する）, but I never lost my love of 着せる／賦与するs.

'I was averagely nice looking and usually 井戸／弁護士席-dressed, but I only really developed a strong personal style after the age of fifty, when I gave up に引き続いて fashion and just wore what made me happy. Now I regard the fashion world with 利益／興味 but no 願望（する） to 参加する.

'As a young woman I was いっそう少なく 確信して and there were more 圧力s in life which I couldn't 支配（する）／統制する - work, children, family, husband, 財政／金融s etc.

She said: 'I also hate the way everyone uses filters and image tuning apps on their photos. I play with light and colour on photos if necessary, but I've never learned how to get rid of my bumps, lines and wrinkles. What's the point? In the real world I can't hide them.

Although she has always loved fashion, the part-time model says she was self-conscious with the way she looked as a younger woman (権利) and even considered cosmetic 外科

'I'm happier now than at any point in life. My twenties and thirties had many high points, 特に becoming a mother, but I wouldn't want to change places and go through it all again. I have no 悔いるs and am filled with excitement about what lies ahead.'

Nikki says that her physique and complexion is a result of 'fortunate 遺伝子s' rather than dieting or 演習, but encourages women to stop trying to 支配（する）／統制する their 外見 to remain youthful and to instead embrace the 過程 of ageing.

'I managed to age gracefully by having a 肯定的な 態度 and 辞退するing to believe that life was over just because I was over fifty. I never consider my age to be an 障害.

'In fact, now I have more time, money and freedom to look and dress as I wish. I don't follow any diet or 演習 政権s, but I'm fit, healthy and active; both mentally and 肉体的に.

'I never diet and rarely 演習. I eat and drink what I want but I've never been a 広大な／多数の／重要な 'foodie', so I don't think about food very much.

'There are many downsides to getting older - thinner hair, saggy 肌, lines and wrinkles, loss of muscle トン etc.
