Throughout my 早期に 40s, as a working mum and businesswoman, life was hectic. Like many friends, my go-to means of winding 負かす／撃墜する was a glass of ワイン.

ワイン o’clock was getting earlier and earlier. I didn’t have ‘a problem’ with alcohol, but 開始 a 瓶／封じ込める after a long day had definitely become a habit.

I’ve always worked hard and played hard, too. My very first 商売／仕事 was a fancy dress shop, which I ran when I was 18 and at catering college in Cornwall.

But 結局, all those glasses of ワイン 追加するd up. And one Tuesday evening, as I realised I’d sunk half a 瓶／封じ込める while cooking dinner, before I’d even sat 負かす／撃墜する to eat, I suddenly saw the habit for what it was. It wasn’t relaxing me.

Tuesday had become the new Friday. It wasn’t healthy and it wasn’t much fun, either.

This was my light bulb moment. The problem was what to drink instead. I didn’t like over-sugary elderflower 圧力（をかける） or 国会 Coke. What I 手配中の，お尋ね者 was the dryness of ワイン or fizz without the booze.

I spent months excitedly 研究ing my perfect drink, and last year I 開始する，打ち上げるd Wild Life Botanicals ― a sparkling ultra-low-alcohol ワイン infused with natural ビタミンs and minerals.

Each glass is just 35 calories compared to 150 in a glass of ワイン, and you’d have to drink 20 of them to 消費する the same alcohol content.?

What’s more, because of the botanicals ― 含むing lemon balm, damask rose and rosemary ― it does you good, like herbal tea. It’s all made in Cornwall, too.

Today I’ve 削減（する） 支援する my own alcohol 消費 by two thirds and feel so much better.?

Sleep is restorative, my 肌 has 改善するd and I’m not half-sozzled when I sit 負かす／撃墜する to dinner with my daughter. In my late 40s, I have more energy than ever.
