令状ing in her new column for BBC Good Food, Nadiya, 32, said the 重要な to making sure she doesn't become 圧倒するd is to 委任する／代表 most of the 家事 to her husband, Abdal, while she takes care of the Christmas lunch.?
She wrote: 'There is one 支配する in our house: if I sort the cooking, my husband does everything else ? and I mean everything ? so the きれいにする is his domain.?
'He cleans the house, he organises the bedrooms if we have people to stay over and he keeps the paths （疑いを）晴らす of Lego and laundry.'?
The mother-of-three, who is イスラム教徒, explained that her family does not celebrate Christmas in the '伝統的な sense' but that they still enjoy 株ing in the 'warmth' and 好意／親善 that the day brings.
To keep the day running 滑らかに, Nadiya?starts planning the day a month in 前進する to 避ける any last minute panics.?
