The news that our children are 消費するing nearly 22st of sugar before the age of ten is shocking. But getting their diet 権利 is by no means as straightforward as just 避けるing sugary puddings, cakes and 甘いs.

Sugar is 追加するd to an astonishing array of foods, 含むing many savoury 製品s, too.

Sugars 含む what are called '解放する/自由な sugars' ― for example, sugar or honey 追加するd to sweeten foods, 同様に as unsweetened fruit juices and smoothies.
