民主党員s in Massachusetts have been （刑事）被告 of 個人として （ーのために）とっておくing $5million in 予算 money to go toward their own 事業／計画（する）s in their 地区s. House （衆議院の）議長 Ron Mariano (pictured), 大多数 Leader Michael Moran, 予算 長，指導者 Aaron Michlewitz and 代表者／国会議員 Ann-Margaret Ferrante have 受託するd 公表されていない （ーのために）とっておくs that have been taken out of the 明言する／公表する's $58billion taxpayer-基金d 予算, によれば the Boston Globe.

High-level 立法議員s are technically 許すd to take 公表されていない 量s of money for '手渡す-選ぶd' 事業／計画（する）s before other members and 投票者s are made aware. These （ーのために）とっておくs are considered 'coveted' and a '伝統的な perk' for 政治家，政治屋s like Mariano, Moran (pictured), Michlewitz and Ferrante. Most of the money that was 始める，決める aside for the 民主党員s was part of the 明言する／公表する's $27million 一括 that was 解放（する）d on April 26 after the House's three-day 予算 審議s. 'It not only 感情を害する／違反するs 原則s of fairness の中で the members and basic ideas about transparency, it 潜在的に opens the door to all 肉親，親類d of sweetheart 取引，協定s or even worse,' former Democratic 明言する／公表する 代表者／国会議員, Jonathan Hecht, told the Globe. 'There's no 適切な時期 for anybody in the public to see what's 存在 done-- until it's too late,' Hecht 追加するd.
