How to give yourself a 支援する massage

You can massage your lower 支援する by sitting cross-legged, as shown here, or by lying 負かす/撃墜する on your 味方する with your 最高の,を越す 膝 bent in 前線

of you. The movements 輪郭(を描く)d below are designed to 解放(する) muscular 緊張 and 援助(する) 緩和.

Start by vigorously rubbing the palms of both your 手渡すs up and 負かす/撃墜する the small of your 支援する and from 味方する to 味方する, to warm the area and 解放(する) any muscular 緊張.
