Julie, 29, lives with her partner in

Orpington, Kent and their 16 month old son. She 作品 as a personal 長官 for the Civil 航空 当局. She wants to lose two 石/投石する in time for a summer holiday on the beach.

Julie is our 星/主役にする slimmer this week with a 負わせる loss of three and a half 続けざまに猛撃するs and a total 負わせる loss of one 石/投石する. 'I can't believe it!' she says. 'I was 推定する/予想するing the worst this week as I have not been to the gym so I am amazed.'

Because Julie had a small 操作/手術 two weeks ago, she has been banned from the gym for a month. But she is still に引き続いて the recipe suggestions and believes this is helping her lose the 負わせる.

'I 港/避難所't been eating any naughty foods this week. I think it's more about knowing the 権利 foods to eat,' she says.

This week Carolyn has managed to lose

one 続けざまに猛撃する, 押し進めるing her total 負わせる loss to just under half a 石/投石する. 'I have been trying really hard this week,' she says. 'I even went to the gym on Sunday.'

'I am trying to eat most of my calorie allowance during the day and am just having soup with lots of veggies in the evenings,' she says. 'I have also stopped eating bagels for breakfast as they were やめる high in calories and have swapped them for two pieces of toast instead. This week has gone much better than last week.'
