Diabetic chocolate

伝統的に diabetics have been told to 避ける sugar and chocolate.
This is because sugar can raise your 血 sugar levels. Diabetics have trouble controlling their 血 sugar levels as they do not produce insulin which 変えるs sugar into energy.
But advice for diabetics is now changing.
糖尿病 UK, the 主要な charity for 糖尿病, says it is 安全な to eat chocolate in small 量s. Even eating an 復活祭 egg will not 原因(となる) any long 称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語 損失 to your 血 sugar levels.
以前, diabetics may have been eating special diabetic food. This was made with 人工的な sweetners to help 支配(する)/統制する diabetic's 血 sugar levels.

Sally Wright, a spokeswoman for 糖尿病 UK, says, 'There is no 選び出す/独身 food which must be 除外するd from the diets of people with 糖尿病. Total avoidance of sugar is now considered unnecessary.'

The charity says that although it is important to eat a low sugar, low fat diet for most of the year, having a little extra chocolate over 復活祭 will not 影響する/感情 全体にわたる 血 glucose 支配(する)/統制する.
'An ordinary 復活祭 egg is 罰金, but spread it out over the whole 復活祭 period rather than eating it all on 復活祭 Sunday,' says Sally. 'Special diabetic 復活祭 eggs do not 申し込む/申し出 any special 利益, and are expensive and unnecessary.'
