Our 食餌療法している人s have just over one month left on the diet - but do they think its long enough? Will they lose the extra 続けざまに猛撃するs in time for the summer?

Ann, 36, lives in Twickenham, London, with her husband and nine year old twins. She 作品 for Sky Television as a 伝達/伝染 監査役. She wants to lose two 石/投石する because she has arthritis and it would 緩和する the 圧力 on her 共同のs. She also hopes to go skiing later this year and wants to feel fitter on the slopes.

Ann has lost another 続けざまに猛撃する this week. She says, 'I am やめる pleased but it still seems like it is coming off far too slowly. It keeps

you 肯定的な if you see it coming off a bit quicker but it doesn't seem to be happening for me.'

Like many working mothers, Ann finds it 堅い to juggle a family and a career - and now a diet - all at the same time. Although she is at home looking after the children in their 復活祭 holidays this week, it is 証明するing more difficult to 持続する the diet than usual.

'It's easier to keep it going when I'm at work,' she says. 'I find it more difficult to stick to a 決まりきった仕事 at home so it's not been as 平易な as I thought it would be. The kids also have lots of 甘いs and 扱う/治療するs l ying around to it is more difficult to resist 誘惑!'

Although there is another five weeks left on the diet, Ann 計画(する)s to keep dieting once the Realslimmers' 計画(する) has finished. She says, 'I feel like I still have a long way to go. I would like to go into a shop and be able to buy a pair of size 14 ジーンズs off the peg, but at the moment I can only get into a size 18 or 20. But I used to be a size 24 so I can't really complain.'

Ann has just 完全にするd a Reiki course that she hopes will lead to her 存在 able to practise as a Reiki healer in 未来. The sense of wellbeing and calmness she has discovered on the course could also help her 対処する with her 負わせる loss 計画(する).

'If I am feeling low I do turn to food as it makes me feel better,' she says. 'But Reiki is about emotional 同様に as physical 傷をいやす/和解させるing so I hope it is going to help me (警官の)巡回区域,受持ち区域 those low feelings.'

Dolores, 52, lives with her husband in

Gloucester and has a grown-up son and daughter. She 作品 from home as a complementary therapist. She wants to lose two 石/投石する in time for her daughter's wedding in May.

Dolores has lost another 続けざまに猛撃する this week but she is not feeling 特に 肯定的な about her 負わせる loss. 'I feel really depressed and it's all got on 最高の,を越す of me this week,' she says. 'I have caught a bug which I can't seem to 転換 and I'm feeling really unwell .'

As she was feeling so 負かす/撃墜する, it is no surprise that Dolores gave in to 誘惑 and broke her diet with a cream doughnut. She says, 'I wasn't feeling any thinner than I did six weeks ago and that cream doughnut just leapt out of the box at me. I know its not going to make much difference in the big picture but I was just feeling so low and so fat.'

Last week Dolores was going to 増加する her intake of carbohydrates to try and 上げる her flagging energy levels on the diet. She is now eating Special K cereal with soya milk for breakfast and having Ryvitas with さまざまな toppings as part of her lunch, but she is worried that the extra carbohydrates may be piling on the 続けざまに猛撃するs.

'I know I have been losing 負わせる but the 規模s don't seem to be showing it,' she says. 'If I was going to do the diet again I would not 重さを計る myself so often as psychologically its やめる depressing when it doesn't seem to be coming off.'

Because she 苦しむs with ME, Dolores cannot 押し進める herself too hard when she is feeling run 負かす/撃墜する. As she has a 冷淡な this week, she has not been to the gym, but the sunny 天候 means she can get outside for some gentle 演習.

She says, 'I'm going to take the dog out for a walk in a bit. The 日光 does make you feel a bit more 肯定的な about things so let's see how I feel next week!'
