She and her husband had arrived at the hospital at 9am on July 15,

'As far as we were 関心d it was going to be the happiest day of our lives,' Mr Todryk said last night,

'What I didn't realise was that Petrina would not be looked at by a doctor until 6.30 in the evening.

'By then, the birth 明確に wasn't 進歩ing as it should and I was getting very 関心d. But all the doctor did was 治める a 麻薬 to make the 収縮過程s stronger and then he went away again.

'It was soon obvious that there 1997. were serious problems. Still, it wasn't until 9.30 that anything was done abou t it. A new midwife (機の)カム on 転換, すぐに called the doctor and they told me they were going to 配達する the baby by Caesarean. But by then it was too late.'

認可するing the 解決/入植地, for loss of 収入s and 苦しめる 原因(となる)d by the death, the 裁判官 述べるd it as a '苦しめるing, 悲劇の and disquieting' 事例/患者.

'I just want the hospital to 受託する that the finger of 非難する points at them. I want them to 収容する/認める they were wrong and to make sure it never happens again.'

The hospital has argued that Mrs Todryk's death could not have been foreseen. No admission of 義務/負債 was made in 法廷,裁判所.
