Scientists say there's an important 推論する/理由 why newborns 無作為に kick, wiggle and 激しく揺する
- Japanese scientists used 動議 trackers on newborn babies and older 幼児s
- They used this to 跡をつける いわゆる 無作為の spontaneous?movement like kicking
- Data 示唆するs these movements help 準備する babies for 未来?コンビナート/複合体 活動/戦闘s?
- It could also one-day help 診断する babies with developmental disorders earlier
As any parent who has tried to dress a young baby knows the little tyke has an amazing capacity to wiggle, squirm and kick as much as they can in the 過程.
Now scientists (人命などを)奪う,主張する to have 打ち明けるd the secret of why babies 請け負う these seemingly 無作為の, but adorable, movements.
Japanese 専門家s say their 熟考する/考慮する 示唆するs that it 準備するs newborns' 団体/死体s and senses for other 活動/戦闘s, like はうing or grabbing, as they develop.
The scientists hope their findings could help 位置/汚点/見つけ出す babies with developmental 条件s that 影響する/感情 movement and co-聖職拝命(式), like cerebral palsy, earlier.?
Those 無作為の kicks, wiggles and squirming may have an important 目的 after all, helping form the 創立/基礎s of how babies later go on to interact with the world (在庫/株 image)
Japanese scientists 大(公)使館員d 動議 trackers to babies to 手段 their 範囲 of 無作為の movements, pictured here is an 無名の child who took part in the 熟考する/考慮する
The 熟考する/考慮する, published in the 定期刊行物 訴訟/進行s of the 国家の 学院 of Sciences, saw 専門家s from the?University of Tokyo attach 動議 trackers to 12 newborns, who were いっそう少なく than 10-days old, along with 10 幼児s 老年の three-months-old, to 手段 the いわゆる 'spontaneous movements'?the babies made.
These 無作為の movements 含む kicking and wiggling without any 外部の stimulation, or 明らかな 目的(とする) ― 活動/戦闘s that even start in the womb as kicks before the baby is born.
Scientists then fed the data into a computer programme that 許すd them to analyse how the muscles across the babies' entire 団体/死体s were communicating with each other.
They 設立する the patterns of spontaneous movements helped develop the?sensorimotor system?― the 科学の 指名する for the 団体/死体's ability to?支配(する)/統制する muscles for movement and 調整.?
Lead author, Professor Hoshinori Kanazawa, an 専門家 in 幼児 開発, said this 上昇傾向d previous 熟考する/考慮するs which 示唆するd babies only developed their sensorimotor system through repeated movements that had a 目的.
They then fed this data into a computer model that analysed the babies' and 幼児s' muscle activity and their proprioceptive sensory input, a 称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語 for 存在 able to sense the 場所 of 団体/死体 parts like 脚s and 武器
He said: 'It has been 一般的に assumed that sensorimotor system 開発 一般に depends on the occurrence of repeated sensorimotor interactions, meaning the more you do the same 活動/戦闘 the more likely you are to learn and remember it.
'However, our results 暗示するd that 幼児s develop their own sensorimotor system based on explorational behaviour or curiosity, so they are not just repeating the same 活動/戦闘 but a variety of 活動/戦闘s.'
Apart from learning more about how babies develop, その上の 研究 into the 無作為の movements could help 設立する a baseline of what is normal.
Professor Kanazawa 示唆するd this could, in theory, help 位置/汚点/見つけ出す babies with developmental disorders earlier.
He said: 'My 初めの background is in 幼児 rehabilitation.
'My big goal through my 研究 is to understand the underlying 機械装置s of 早期に モーター 開発 and to find knowledge that will help to 促進する baby 開発.'
The team are hoping to 請け負う その上の 研究 into how 無作為の movement by babies 影響する/感情s 明確な/細部 movements like walking and reaching later in life.?
