See your GP first if you feel 強調する/ストレスd
The economy may be on the brink of an 上昇傾向, but the 影響s of 後退,不況 are still 存在 felt in GP 外科s. We have seen 増加するing numbers of 患者s with 強調する/ストレス and 苦悩 as a result of 職業 losses and 財政上の 圧力.
While some people 対処する 井戸/弁護士席 with life changes, for others it can 原因(となる) physical and psychological symptoms.
Here are some problems that I have seen in the 外科.?

More people are 苦しむing from 強調する/ストレス and 苦悩 as a result of the 後退,不況
I have lost my 職業 but I don't feel my GP can help me.
強調する/ストレス can 原因(となる) a wide 範囲 of physical symptoms 同様に as 不景気 and 苦悩, and your doctor can help with these. It may be 簡単に that you need someone to talk to, either the GP or a counsellor. Some psychological symptoms may be 厳しい enough to need 医薬.
The 外科 may also be able to help with practical advice, such as putting you in touch with the 国民s Advice Bureau or 利益s 助言者. 関係s often 苦しむ during times of 強調する/ストレス, and you may need referral for couples therapy.
I have had lots of 頭痛s and stomach problems recently.
In many 事例/患者s, 強調する/ストレス 原因(となる)s physical symptoms. This is called somatisation, when our 団体/死体s develop physical 調印するs as a result of our mental 明言する/公表する, such as 頭痛s, stomach problems, irritable bowels and bladders, muscle aches, period 騒動 and 減ずるd libido.
強調する/ストレス can also より悪くする other more long-称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語 条件s, for example, eczema. You should see your doctor before you 解任する such symptoms as 'just 強調する/ストレス'.
I don't feel depressed, but I am feeling terribly anxious.
Feeling 緊張した or panicky is a normal reaction to major life events. It can be 特に 苦しめるing if you are used to 対処するing with a 需要・要求するing 職業 and suddenly find yourself not 対処するing with simple day-to-day activities. Your GP can
help you work through this panic with 医薬 or therapy, and may 言及する you to a psychologist.
I'm too embarrassed to go to my 外科 with money worries.

I have been 強調する/ストレスd before but this feels much worse.
It may be that you are 苦しむing from an 激烈な/緊急の reaction to 強調する/ストレス. This is when the symptoms of 苦悩 develop very quickly in 返答 to an 予期しない life 危機. You may feel depressed, demotivated, tired and unable to concentrate or sleep. 肉体的に you may feel sick, sweaty, have stomach 苦痛s or diarrhoea.
Often these symptoms are short-lived as you come to 条件 with the change, but if not your GP may advise you to take 医薬 to 静める you 負かす/撃墜する, such as a beta-blocker or tranquilliser.
