Woman who hasn't sat 負かす/撃墜する for three years after botched 操作/手術 告訴するs hospital

A mother-of-two is 告訴するing a hospital over a bungled 操作/手術 which has left her unable to sit 負かす/撃墜する for three years.

Linda Burgess, 49, cannot bend at the waist and spends an exhaustin g 16 hours a day on her feet after a hysterectomy that went wrong.

She now has to eat, watch television, read and relax standing bolt upright and needs to take morphine so she can go to the 洗面所 without passing out from the 苦痛 of sitting.

Linda, who lost her 職業 as a university 行政官/管理者 because she could no longer sit at her desk, is 納得させるd 外科医s tore 神経s in her stomach during the 60-minute op.

She said: 'My life has been hell since the 操作/手術. I can't even go out to a restaurant for a meal because I have to stand up the whole time.

'I can't sit in the car or bend 負かす/撃墜する to put the washing in and even getting dressed in the morning is painful, it's no 肉親,親類d of life.

'We 港/避難所't been on holiday for three years because I can't sit 負かす/撃墜する in a car or 計画(する).

'While my family are curled up on the sofa watching television I have to 支え(る) myself against a 塀で囲む in the corner.

'It 影響する/感情s everything I do. I don't lead a normal life anymore. It's an 存在, that's all it is. Something went wrong during the 操作/手術, my 神経s are 絶対 raw but no one at the hospital is willing to listen.'

Linda, from Leicester, had a hysterectomy in September 2007 after 苦しむing h eavy periods and fibroids - benign tumours in the womb.

She said: 'I could either carry on, in 時折の 苦痛, with these 激しい periods, or I could have a hysterectomy.

'I'd had my two children and I didn't want any more so the hysterectomy seemed the best 選択.'

But hours after the 操作/手術 at Leicester 王室の Infirmary she noticed 厳しい bruising on her 脚s and hips.

She said: 'My 脚s were 黒人/ボイコット from my hips and it (機の)カム 負かす/撃墜する to the 最高の,を越す of my 膝s.

'I was like a freak show on the 区. The nurses, who were all lovely, I have to say, couldn't believe it. They hadn't seen anything like it.'

Doctors 定める/命ずるd painkillers and she spent thousands of 続けざまに猛撃するs on 注射s which 一時的に numbed the 神経s in her stomach, but neither was successful.

She was 最初 told her she was 苦しむing from a 不平(をいう)ing 虫垂 but when she had it 除去するd the 苦痛 returned.

Linda said: 'The 苦痛 would always come 支援する and each time I needed more and more painkillers because I built up a 抵抗 to it.

'I take 医薬 every day now but it's always there, 不平(をいう)ing away in the background.

'I try to 支配(する)/統制する my 洗面所 breaks to 同時に起こる/一致する with when the 苦痛 is at its lowest point but it feels like I'm 存在 stabbed.'

Linda, who lives with her husband Kevin, 51, an electrician and their two children, Stuart, 29, and Gemma, 27, is now taking 合法的な 活動/戦闘 against the hospital.

She said: 'I am 納得させるd the 外科 原因(となる)d all this and I want answers. I've lost my 職業, my health and I want to know why.

'What makes me angry, though, is that all the doctors try to do is 扱う/治療する the symptoms, not the 原因(となる).

'明確に, I have some sort of 神経 損失 in my stomach, which must be as a result of my hysterectomy, but all they do is try to manage the 苦痛.

'It's been like this for three years and it's horrible, it really is. I'm desperate for it to end.'
