A ４半期/4分の1 of hospitals were 率d as giving 原因（となる） for 関心 or low levels of 業績／成果 on 的s 範囲ing from time spent waiting for 外科 to the level of 尊敬（する）・点 and dignity shown to 患者s.

There has been growing 関心の中で doctors and nurses about the 衝撃 of politicallydriven 的s in the NHS.

Instead of 存在扱う／治療するd as a 臨床の優先, they have to wait longer to keep 負かす／撃墜する the total time spent waiting by 患者s with more minor problems.

He said the shortcomings of hospitals with the poorest ratings should be identified so they could be helped to 改善する.

Dr Harris said the failings of 的s were （疑いを）晴らす in the running of many 事故 and 緊急 departments, where he did a training stint as a doctor.
