'I looked like a fat frump': Woman who copped a 見解(をとる) of herself dressed as a policewoman shed SIX 石/投石する


A woman has lost six 石/投石する after 存在 horrified at pictures of herself dres sed as a police officer after a night out.

Helen Dennis, 30, spotted the pictures of her and some friends dressed as officers after a friend's 女/おっせかい屋 週末 last year.

重さを計るing more than 17 石/投石する at the time, she said the shocking photographs made her break 負かす/撃墜する in 涙/ほころびs and 即時に decide to put an end to her growing 負わせる.

But after just 12 months and three weeks Helen has now fallen below her 的 負わせる of 11 石/投石する, to 10st 13lbs.

Now she 収容する/認めるs seeing herself as an overweight police officer was what spurred her on to give up the calories.

She said: 'I went to a fancy dress party and when I looked at the pictures and saw the other girls next to me I just cried.

'I saw all the pictures on Facebook - it was such a surprise and I was very unhappy.

'I saw it and hated it. I hated when my friends would all take pictures and I would have to stand next to all these 広大な/多数の/重要な looking girls while I looked like a fat frump.

'My 負わせる went up and my self-esteem went 負かす/撃墜する - just before I joined Slimming World I was in a 関係 which went pear-形態/調整d.

'Because of that I turned to 慰安 food and at 週末s I was binge drinking so I piled the 負わせる on.'

After seeing the pictures 行方不明になる Dennis joined up to her 地元の 負わせる-loss group where she was introduced to a new diet to help 抑制(する) her 負わせる.

The biggest difference to what she would eat was cutting out 酪農場 製品s and selecting more careful 部分s than before.

'I no longer have cereal and bread on the same day and have almost 完全に given up bread altogether to be honest.

'Because cereal doesn't really fill me up I have 緊急発進するd egg and baked beans for breakfast - it's not fatty at all and fills me up until lunchtime.

'At lunch I go a bit mad on light yoghurts but I also have something like potato or pasta with マグロ and 甘い corn 反して I used to have big 挟むs or a 包む and crisps.

'And finally now I will have steamed fish or meat with lots of vegetables - I 削減(する) the fat off and get rid of the 肌 同様に.'

She said: 'I wasn't on the steroids for long, but that's where it started.

'Once I put the 負わせる on it was hard to lose it - but at the time it didn't bother me.

'I didn't think I had a problem with my diet as I wasn't into 急速な/放蕩な food but it was small things I didn't think were a problem that 影響する/感情d me.'

行方不明になる Dennis, from Worcester, said: 'The funny thing is now I've lost the 負わせる I'm smaller than my friends.

She said: 'I really enjoy going to the 会合s and helping people out.

'I hardly drink at all now, I always 運動 and drink 国会 Coke instead.

'I had a 十分な makeover about a month or so ago, getting all my hair 削減(する) and a 完全に new wardrobe.

'Now if I really like something I will try it on - I used to look at it and think that would look nice on other girls and wish I could wear it.

'It's not been a struggle at all - I really enjoyed slimming world because we would all 奮起させる each other and 元気づける each other on. I still go even though I'm at 的, just to 奮起させる others.'
