Grandmother dies of brain aneurysm after junior doctor tells her 'don't worry you've pulled a muscle'

A grandmother died of a brain haemorrhage after she was told by a junior doctor she only had muscle 緊張する, an 検死 heard.
Caryl Hinton went to Wolverhampton's New Cross Hospital after 苦しむing a sudden 苦痛 in the 長，率いる, blurred 見通し, a stiff neck and pins and needles in her 手渡すs while out shopping with her six-month-old grandson Xander.
Caryl, who has four children, went to the 事故 and 緊急 department on May 28 but was given 不十分な 実験（する）s, the 検死 heard.?
The 48-year-old was seen in the A&E department by second-year 訓練生 Dr Amy Webster.
Dr Webster 認める that 行方不明になる Hinton, showed some classic symptoms of a 漏れるing aneurysm in the brain but at the time but she did not 捜し出す advice from a 顧問 nor did she order a CT ざっと目を通す.

Just 16 days later, 行方不明になる Hinton 崩壊（する）d at home on June 13 and was 急ぐd to hospital where she slipped into a 昏睡 and died.

Dr Webster, who had been 登録（する）d with the General 医療の 会議 for just a year at the time, 認める she could 'probably' not have 除去するd the 可能性 of a brain 傷害 of the sort that led to 行方不明になる Hinton's death.
And, under cross-examination by Mr Jones, she 認める 行方不明になる Hinton's symptoms were 'probably not' 一貫した with a soft tissue 傷害. 行方不明になる Hinton was also known as Mrs Thompson.
