Father dies two days after 存在 told by GP the 一打／打撃 he 苦しむd was an attack of vertigo

A 未亡人 spoke of her 怒り／怒る last night after an out of hours doctor who 診断するd her 一打／打撃 犠牲者 husband with vertigo over the phone escaped 存在 struck off.

Instead she decided he was 苦しむing from vertigo and 定める／命ずるd some anti-sickness 麻薬s for his wife, Isabelle, to collect.

Mr Wingrove, a father-of-two who ran マラソンs, died 48 hours later.

His family have since been awarded a six-人物／姿／数字 sum in an 示談 for 臨床の 怠慢，過失 against the family doctor and East of England 救急車 Service NHS 信用.

Nigerian-trained Ogunbiyi could have been struck off by the General 医療の 会議, which heard Mr Wingrove would have lived if his 一打／打撃 had been 診断するd earlier.?

But in May she was 手渡すd a 警告 which must be 宣言するd to 雇用者s for the next five years.

She 控訴，上告d against the 判決，裁定, which was upheld yesterday during a five-hour 審理，公聴会 in London.

Mrs Wingrove, 54, said: ‘If he had been given 医療の attention and she did her 職業 適切に he would have 生き残るd. I can’t understand how she gets a 警告 and can continue working.

‘Not only has she taken my husband’s life but she took him away from me. I’m so very disappointed in the system.

‘I hope people see her picture and make sure they don’t go to her practice.’

D uring the 審理，公聴会 in May, the パネル盤 was told Mr Wingrove fell ill on the morning of December 9, 2006, at home in Braintree, Essex, after going to the bathroom and 崩壊（する）ing in ‘terrible 苦痛’. He はうd to his bedroom with a 厳しい 頭痛 and was unable to move the 権利 味方する of his 団体／死体 easily and was sweating and vomiting.

His wife, who 作品 at a 地元の college, 接触するd her GP and was directed to an out of hours service run for 中央の Essex Hospital Services NHS 信用 by 私的な 会社／堅い Primecare because it was a Saturday.

Ogunbiyi called Mrs Wingrove すぐに afterwards and told her to take her husband to Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford, Essex.

She was told: ‘You will have to get him out, I’m afraid.’

Mrs Wingrove then rang NHS Direct and a nurse told her to 需要・要求する a home visit from a doctor as soon as possible. At 12.20pm she called Primecare again but was told by the doctor: ‘I’m afraid NHS Direct is different from here. They can 主張する and they can jump up and 負かす／撃墜する but they know the system and it’s not fair on you.’

Mrs Wingrove said: ‘You’re telling me I cannot get a doctor here? I cannot get him out.’ The GP 答える／応じるd: ‘You’re shouting.’

At around 9pm she called paramedics who also said her husband was 苦しむing from vertigo when they arrived.

They gave him paracetamol and failed to take him to hospital.

The に引き続いて morning he fell off his bed and was taken to Broomfield Hospital. He was later transferred to Queen’s Hospital in Romford where he died the next day.

Ogunbiyi, who lives in Benfleet, Essex, and 作品 at Vange Health Centre in Basildon, was 解雇（する）d by Primecare after the 悲劇.

She was unavailable to comment after the 審理，公聴会 yesterday.
