  • Taking anti-inflammatory 麻薬s 含むing Ibuprofen can put those who have already had one heart attack at a 高くする,増すd 危険 of having another for at least five years

ありふれた painkillers such as ibuprofen 増加する the 危険 of dying or having a second heart attack の中で heart attack 生存者s, 研究員s have 警告するd.

A 熟考する/考慮する shows that taking the ありふれた painkillers can put those who have already had one heart attack at a 高くする,増すd 危険 of having another for at least five years.

The findings 確認する the 可能性のある dangers of taking a group of 非,不,無-steroidal anti-inflammatory 麻薬s known as NSAIDs.

Warning: Common painkillers such as ibuprofen increase the risk of dying or having a second heart attack among heart attack survivors

警告: ありふれた painkillers such as ibuprofen 増加する the 危険 of dying or having a second heart attack の中で heart attack 生存者s

Previous 研究 設立する the painkillers are linked to a raised 危険 of heart attacks or 一打/打撃 when taken in high doses for a long periods of time.

熟考する/考慮する leader Dr Anne-Marie Schjerning Olsen, a fellow in the cardiology department at Copenhagen University Hospital Gentofte in Denmark, said the 熟考する/考慮する 伴う/関わるd prescription 麻薬s, but the 普及した availability of ibuprofen in pharmacies was a 事柄 for 関心.

She said: ‘It is important to get the message out to clinicians taking care of 患者s with cardiovascular 病気 that NSAIDs are harmful, even several years after a heart attack.

‘許すing a 麻薬 to be sold without prescription must be perceived by the general public as a strong signal of safety, and may be contrary in this 事例/患者.'

Millions of Britons with arthritis are 定める/命ずるd painkillers, 含むing NSAIDs, some of whom have 生き残るd heart attacks.

The 研究員s used 国家の hospital and pharmacy registries in Denmark to identify almost 100,000 people 30 or older who had a first heart attack between 1997 and 2009, and to see if they were 定める/命ずるd NSAIDs afterwards.

The 麻薬s 含むd ibuprofen, sold over the 反対する in the UK with the brand 指名する Nurofen, naproxen and Celebrex.

Almost half of the 患者s collected at least one NSAID prescription, says a 報告(する)/憶測 in 循環/発行部数, an American Heart 協会 定期刊行物.

の中で those receiving an NSAID, 危険 of death from any 原因(となる) was 59 per cent higher one year after their heart attack, and 63 per cent higher after five years.

The 危険 of having another heart attack or dying from coronary artery 病気 was 30 per cent higher one year later and 41 per cent higher after five years.

'If you’re a heart attack 生存者 who has been 定める/命ずるd these painkillers, don’t stop taking your 医薬. 調書をとる/予約する an 任命 with your GP'

The findings considered other illnesses and 医薬 use in the NSAID 患者s, 同様に as differences in age, sex, income and year of hospitalisation.

The 熟考する/考慮する did not look at aspirin, which is frequently recommended by doctors to heart attack 生存者s.

Dr Schjerning Olsen said: ‘The results support previous findings 示唆するing that NSAIDs have no 明らかな 安全な 治療 window の中で heart attack 患者s, and show that coronary 危険 関係のある to using the 麻薬s remains high, 関わりなく the time that has passed since the heart attack.’

普通は, 患者s who have a heart attack 直面する higher 危険 of death or another heart attack within the first year. But the extra 危険 is gone within five to ten years.

Because the new 熟考する/考慮する instead showed a 断固としてやる higher 危険 over at least five years for 患者s on the 麻薬s, ‘long-称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語 警告を与える with any use of NSAIDS is advised in all 患者s after heart attack’ said Dr Schjerning Olsen.

Previous 研究 設立する two 非,不,無-steroidal anti-inflammatory 麻薬s, (NSAIDs) ibuprofen and diclofenac, could 原因(となる) heart attacks when taken in high doses.

Ibuprofen is one of the most popular over-the-反対する painkillers 利用できる from pharmacists and supermarkets - with 46 トンs sold here each year.

Maureen Talbot, 上級の Cardiac Nurse at the British Heart 創立/基礎 (BHF), said: ‘This 熟考する/考慮する supports what we already know about these painkillers. The 可能性のある 危険s mean that this type of 麻薬 tends to be 定める/命ずるd with 警告を与える and only taken for short periods.

‘It’s always a good idea to make sure you understand what your 医薬 is for and are aware of any possible 味方する 影響s. If you’ve had a heart attack, make sure you have a 雑談(する) with your doctor before taking any extra tablets.

‘However, if you’re a heart atta ck 生存者 who has been 定める/命ずるd these painkillers, don’t stop taking your 医薬. 調書をとる/予約する an 任命 with your GP to talk through any 関心s you might have.’
