EVER INJURED YOURSELF DANCING?

No, but about 18 months ago, I had a bone 是正 操作／手術 on my feet. There was a large gap between two of the long bones in my foot and another was pointing in the wrong direction, which resulted in balance 問題／発行するs ― it really 影響する／感情d me when I danced, but I never said anything about it.

I couldn’t walk 適切に for months and I had to go to the 国家の Television Awards wearing big moon boots under my long 黒人／ボイコット dress.

WORRY ABOUT YOUR WEIGHT?

I’ve never tried to lose 負わせる ― if anything I need to work at keeping it on. But I will go through 段階s where I 削減（する） all the rubbish out for two weeks. I’m 5ft 8in and around 9?? st. I don’t mind what I 重さを計る as long as I feel good.

ANY VICES?

I’m one of those all-or-nothing people, so when I’m on a health kick, it’s about my daily smoothies and greens, or poached egg on rye toast. But when I decide to indulge, I’m extreme. Maltesers are my downfall.

ARE YOU BACK TO FULL FITNESS?

Yes, I’m not one of those people that’s 極端に obsessed with working out, but I see my personal trainer Janet twice a week and I have two puppies, a golden cocker spaniel and a pointer, so taking them on walks every day is good 演習.

WOULD YOU HAVE PLASTIC SURGERY?

It would be silly of me to say I’d never have it because I don’t know how I’m going to feel in ten or 20 years’ time.

I take a multivitamin and a B12.

WORST ILLNESS?

Tonsillitis in 2004. I couldn’t eat, I couldn’t drink, I couldn’t sleep, it was horrible. It lasted about a week, and it’s made me so paranoid that every time I wake up with わずかに swollen （分泌する為の）腺s, I think I’m going through it again.

DOES ‘MAN FLU’ EXIST?

Oh, it 存在するs! Men, honestly?…? that’s where I think women are the stronger sex!

ARE YOU A WORRIER?

No, I’m a 肯定的な person. If I find myself thinking negatively, I’m good at snapping myself out of it.

TRIED COMPLEMENTARY MEDICINE?

A friend of 地雷 is a reiki master and she’s done reiki on me. It was very strange, but I felt the 利益s of it.

BEST HANGOVER CURE?

Don’t drink! But I’ve 設立する the older I get, the better I am at 避けるing hangovers because I tend to drink more water.

BIGGEST PHOBIA?

I used to be 脅すd of spiders, but I’m coming to 条件 with it a bit more.

LIKE TO LIVE FOR EVER?

No, definitely not! I’d like to have a long life and live to 100, but not for ever.
