A fit and healthy woman bled to death after having 決まりきった仕事 surger y for a 支援する 苦痛.

Andrea Green, 42, died just 14 hours after the 操作/手術 at Barnsley 地区 General Hospital.

Her death (機の)カム after staff in the hospital's orthopaedic department 警告するd 経営者/支配人s about 墓/厳粛/彫る/重大な 危険s to 患者s 'extreme 圧力 and 強調する/ストレス' in the department.

An 検死 was 停止(させる)d and Sheffield 検死官 Chris Dorries asked police to 調査/捜査する に引き続いて the 出現 of the letter 輪郭(を描く)ing staff 関心s.

Ms Green had started 苦しむing from 支援する 苦痛 in August 2009. The 苦痛 was so bad that she was bedridden for two weeks にもかかわらず 存在 定める/命ずるd with painkillers by her GP on 非常に/多数の occasions.

He said: 'They could have saved her for up to 30 minutes before she died . They had got all the (警察などへの)密告,告訴(状) if someone cared to look.'
