The man with the muscle 控訴

It's a gadget straight from the pages of a science-fiction novel.

Scientists have 明かすd 計画（する）s to create a 'muscle 控訴' that would give 兵士s bionic 力／強力にするs - 許すing them to run faster, jump higher and carry more 武器s.

The 発覚s have 生き返らせるd memories of the 1970s TV series The Six Million Dollar Man, which featured 物陰／風下 Majors as the 'bionic man' Steve Austin.

The 控訴, which would be made of real muscles, is 井戸／弁護士席 on the way to becoming reality, New Scientist magazine 明らかにする／漏らすs.

研究 leader Hugh Herr and 同僚 （頭が）ひょいと動く Dennis, who have been 基金d by the 米国防総省, have already invented a robotic fish which uses real muscles.

The robot can swim around a 戦車／タンク using dissected frog 脚s. A microchip inside the robot sends out 電気の signals to make the muscles 契約. A 団体／死体 控訴 for 兵士s would work in a 類似の way.

The 闘士，戦闘機 would wear a second, outer '骸骨／概要' which would support arm, 脚 and abdomen muscles.

Every time the 兵士 moved his 四肢s, 電気の signals would be sent to the outer 骸骨／概要, 刺激するing a 平行の 活動／戦闘 in the extra muscles.

This could give the wearer 二塁打 his normal strength. The 控訴 could also be 連合させるd with 弾丸-proof 構成要素 to 保護する the 兵士 from enemy 解雇する／砲火／射撃.

To keep them alive, the muscles would be encased in a 解答 含む／封じ込めるing glucose and oxygen. Alternatively, glucose could be pumped to the muscles by way of an 人工的な circulatory system.

研究員s have known for centuries that they can make muscles 契約 in the lab. The scientist Luigi Galvani discovered in 1786 that electricity made a dissected frog's 脚 twitch. But, until now, no one has tried to harness the 現象 to 力／強力にする a machine.

Dr Herr, who lost both his 脚s below the 膝 to frostbite, said his 研究 would also help create better prosthetic 四肢s.

取って代わるing metal and plastic with real muscles would create a more lightweigh t prosthetic, which would 許す smoother movement.
