The world has finally reached 'the beginning of the end' of the エイズ pandemic, a 主要な （選挙などの）運動をする group （人命などを）奪う，主張するd today.

The number of people newly 感染させるd with HIV over the last year was lower than the number of HIV-肯定的な people getting 接近 to the 薬／医学s they need to keep エイズ at bay.

Erin Hohlfelder, ONE's director of 全世界の health 政策, said:?'We've passed the tipping point in the エイズ fight at the 全世界の level, but not all countries are there yet, and the 伸び（る）s made can easily 立ち往生させる or unravel.

Globally, the 報告（する）／憶測 said 35 million people were living with the ウイルス in 2013 - up fr om 34.6 million the previous year.

'If we 投資する just $3 a day for each person living with HIV for the next five years, we would break the 疫病／流行性の for good,' said Mr Sidibe.

'And we know that each dollar 投資するd will produce a $15 return.'
