A woman whose vagina was so 狭くする she could no longer have sex has undergone successful 外科 to have it 再建するd - using a?pig's intestine.
The woman had been sent for 治療?after her gynaecologist 設立する she was so 狭くする it was not even possible to carry out an examination.
She was referred to the University Hospital in the town of Plzen, in the western Czech 共和国
Doctors there decided to try out the 操作／手術 after learning that a 類似の 手続き 伴う／関わるing pigs intestine could be used on people who had a 狭くする bladder.

To try and help the woman, 外科医s decided to carry out 外科 using a technique called a?Mesh Augmented Vaginal 再建.
This is usually 成し遂げるd on women who have 苦しむd a pelvic 組織／臓器 prolapse and who are experiencing symptoms such as urinary incontinence.?
Because prolapse is associated with 弱めるd 内部の supportive structures, a 汚職，収賄 may be placed to 強化する the 修理.
The 汚職，収賄 may be made of natural tissue, such as human 寄贈者 肌 or pig intestine.
Pig tissue is often used because its genetic （不足などを）補う is 類似の to that of humans.?
For over 30 years, scientists have been using pigs in a number of 医療の fields, 含むing dermatology and cardiology.
Scientists have even re-grown human 脚 muscles using implants made of pig bladder tissue.

Vladimir Kalis, 長，率いる doctor of the gynaecological-obstetrical clinic at the hospital, told CEN: 'Two years ago, the woman started to have problems during sex.
'The illness had 狭くするd the vaginal 入り口 so much that even gynaecological examinations were not possible.'
Dr Kalis said many women 苦しむ with the same problem - but most are too embarrassed to ask for help.
He said: 'In the 事例／患者 of the 患者 we operated on, she had been given さまざまな 医薬s by her gynaecologist but nothing helped, so she referred to us.'
