Caffeine buzz that lasts all day

Drinking a large cup of coffee in the morning may not be the best way to start the day, a new 熟考する/考慮する in the US has shown.
Scientists have 設立する that small, たびたび(訪れる) doses of caffeine are much better at keeping us awake because they build up and 中和する/阻止する the 団体/死体's 願望(する) for sleep.

Caffeine misuse
"Most of the 全住民 is using caffeine the wrong way by drinking a few 襲う,襲って強奪するs of coffee or tea in the morning," James Wyatt, 研究室/実験室 director of the Sleep Disorder 中心 at 急ぐ University 医療の 中心 in Chicago, said.
"This means that caffeine levels in the brain will carry on 落ちるing as the day goes on.
