CAN YOU RUN UP THE STAIRS?

Yes, I trot up the stairs in the Tube, which is a 広大な/多数の/重要な health 計器. I enjoy walking at home in the Essex countryside - ideally for at least 30 minutes every day. We've always been a wiry bunch in my family, and we're 井戸/弁護士席 blessed genetically, so our 団体/死体s 扱う/治療する us kindly as long as we don't mess with them.

I do. I love my vegetables and I'm crazy about fruit. I 特に like grapes, which are packed with antioxidants, and I eat them like other people chew gum. I also love citrus fruit and spinach.

ANY VICES?
