McDonald's, Kellogg's, Coca-Cola and Walkers are 存在 的d for a 厳重取締り on junk-food advertising.

政府 food 監視者s have 詳細(に述べる)d a 名簿(に載せる)/表(にあげる) of the types of 製品s which should have 支配(する)/統制するs on their advertising because they are みなすd unhealthy.

The 名簿(に載せる)/表(にあげる) is 効果的に the first 公式の/役人 鮮明度/定義 of what the 政府's own 専門家s consider junk foods.

The 抑制(する)s could 範囲 from a 禁止(する) on 宣伝s during children's broadcasting, on-審査する health 警告s when the 広告s are 審査するd or a 割当 限界ing the number of times they can be shown.

The 提案s すぐに 誘発する/引き起こすd a 列/漕ぐ/騒動 with the food 産業, which said it was wrong to 'demonise' 確かな 製品s. The Food 基準s 機関 yesterday published 詳細(に述べる)s of a 得点する/非難する/20ing system for food and drink which will be used to decide where advertising should be curtailed or not.

Foods high in fat, salt and sugar - such as hamburgers, chicken nuggets, cornflakes, crisps and cola drinks - are on the 名簿(に載せる)/表(にあげる) of 製品s which 直面する 支配(する)/統制するs.

The 政府 is committed to introducing 制限s of unhealthy foods in its Public Health White Paper which 名簿(に載せる)/表(にあげる)s a number of 率先s to 取り組む spiralling childhood obesity.

連続する health and education 長官s have repeated the かかわり合い and given the 職業 of 器具/実施するing change to the FSA and the broadcasting and advertising 監視者, Ofcom.

The FSA has now produced its model 始める,決める of 指導基準s to be used for categorising foods.

A 広報担当者 said: "The model has been developed by the 機関 to help support the 独立した・無所属 UK communications regulator Ofcom in its work to consider possible 制限s to the advertising and 昇進/宣伝 to children of foods that are high in fat, saturated fat, salt or sugar.

"The model utilises a simple 得点する/非難する/20ing system that 率s the 全体にわたる balance of nutrients in the food.

"This means the model identifies foods that are high in fat, salt or sugar, but recognises the importance of fruit and vegetables, cereal, meat and 酪農場-based 製品s in the diet."

Total 禁止(する) on advertising

The British 医療の 協会, backbench 労働 MPs and a host of 消費者 and health groups are supporting a total 禁止(する) on junk food advertising.

The BMA also wants a 禁止(する) on vending machines selling chocolate, crisps and fizzy drinks in schools and an end to celebrity 裏書,是認s of unhealthy food.

One million children under 16 are now classed as obese, putting them at 危険 of heart 病気, 癌 and 糖尿病.

長,指導者 医療の Officer Professor Sir Liam Donaldson has already 警告するd that a 世代 could die before their parents because of health problems linked to lifestyle.

Dr Vivienne Nathanson, 長,率いる of science and 倫理学 at the BMA, said: "Children are 存在 砲撃するd with mixed messages.

"On the one 手渡す they might learn about healthy eating in school and then they go home and spend hours watching TV and see celebrities eating hamburgers, crisps or drinking fizzy drinks.

"Children and parents are surrounded by the marketing of unhealthy cereals, 軽食s and 過程d meals. This has to stop."

While there is 抱擁する 圧力 for 支配(する)/統制するs, there are 関心s that the broadcasting regulator, Ofcom, is likely to take a soft line. Yesterday, the Food and Drink 連合 拒絶するd the need for 制限s.

A 広報担当者 said: "Any simplistic 計画/陰謀 that demonises 製品s doesn't take into account the 複雑さ of people's lifestyles and the way they eat.

"The important thing is to look at the whole diet rather than individual foods.

"We don't think there should be 制限s on the marketing of 確かな types of food. We need to look at educating 消費者s on a balanced diet.

The UK boss of McDonald's, Peter Beresford, has already made (疑いを)晴らす that he 拒絶するs 制限s on TV advertising.

He has 以前 辞退するd to 受託する that McDonald's is in any way to 非難する for rising obesity, 説: "There is no good food or bad food, only bad diets."
