Personal trainers are to be 申し込む／申し出d on the NHS in a 運動 to 改善する the nation's health and fitness. The trainers, who will 工夫する personalised 計画（する）s to 改善する people's 井戸／弁護士席-存在, are part of last year's Public Health White Paper's 誓約（する） to 減ずる health 不平等s across the country.

A 政府 報告（する）／憶測 said that as yet there had been no 削減 in the health gap between the best and worst off.

But it said there were 調印するs that 進歩 had been made in 重要な areas such as child poverty and heart 病気, which were likely to 与える／捧げる to the gap 狭くするing in the 未来.

The 12 areas 指名するd as the first to 利益 from health trainers will each receive £200,000 in extra 基金ing to 供給する personalised 計画（する）s for people to 改善する health and 妨げる 病気 like 癌 and heart 病気.

After 的ing the most disadvantaged areas, the 計画／陰謀 will 延長する to the 残り／休憩（する） of England in 2007. Public Health 大臣 Caroline Flint said: "Many people have difficulty in changing to a healthier way of life.

"There is support for people but it may be 利用できる at the wrong time of day or only accessible to people who speak and read English 井戸／弁護士席, and 接近 can be unequal and erratic.

"Health trainers are designed to 演説（する）／住所 these problems.
