The NHS 直面するs a 赤字 of nearly £7billion by 2010 unless a "生産性 奇蹟" is 達成するd, によれば a new 熟考する／考慮する.

It also called for a review of 医療の training with the number of 訓練生s 増加するing much faster than the 率 of retiring doctors.
