麻薬 裁判，公判 支配するs 'need to change'

専門家s have recommended major changes to 麻薬 実験（する）ing 支配するs に引き続いて the botched 裁判，公判 which left six volunteers looking like the 'Elephant Man.'

The 一連の 草案 指導基準s were made by an 専門家 科学の group brought together by Health 長官 Patricia Hewitt.

They 支持するd 制限するing 裁判，公判s of 麻薬s that 影響する／感情 the 免疫の system to 患者s, rather than healthy volunteers. Specialist centres should be 始める，決める up for "higher 危険" 麻薬 裁判，公判s and the first dose in 類似の 麻薬 裁判，公判s should be given to only one person.

It was hoped that the 麻薬, TGN1412, would be able to 扱う／治療する rheumatoid arthritis, leukaemia and 多重の sclerosis.

But the volunteers' 長，率いるs and 団体／死体s 速く swelled up soon after they were 注入するd, and the partner of one said he looked like the "Elephant man".

'Beacon of light'

A solicitor who 代表するs four of the six people 影響する／感情d by the 裁判，公判 at Northwick Park Hospital, in March, said the 返答 was "like a beacon of light".

Martyn Day, of Leigh Day & Co, said today that previous 報告（する）／憶測s had failed to "get to the 底（に届く）" of what went so disastrously wrong.

He said his （弁護士の）依頼人s were pleased the 科学の group had considered some of their major 関心s on such 事柄s as to how the 麻薬 was 認可するd in the first place.

"Unfortunately, these 推薦s 大部分は come too late for our （弁護士の）依頼人s, who will have to live with the 失敗s of the system identified in this 報告（する）／憶測 and as a result the dark cloud over their health for the 残りの人，物 of their lives," he 追加するd.

Professor Gordon Duff, who 議長，司会を務めるd the 専門家 group, said 利益／興味d parties could now comment on the 草案 指導基準s ahead of the final 報告（する）／憶測 予定 later this year.
