A British GP is to be 起訴するd by an 乱暴/暴力を加えるd mother for 強襲,強姦 after circumcising her baby boy without her 同意.
It is the first time 合法的な 援助(する) has supported such an 活動/戦闘 and, if successful, 選挙運動者s (人命などを)奪う,主張する the 事例/患者 could open the floodgates for a new wave of ‘male genital mutilation’ (民事の)告訴s from men who say they were 支配するd to the 手続き as children, before they could decide for themselves.
The 操作/手術 took place when the baby, whose parents are separated, was taken to visit his father’s family.

The mother, who lives in Nottingham, complained to the police and the doctors’ disciplinary 団体/死体, the General 医療の 会議 (GMC), after the 操作/手術 in July 2013.
A 広報担当者 for Nottinghamshire police said they had 結論するd there was insufficient 証拠 for a successful 起訴, while the GMC said that it could not comment on its 調査.

‘While some people with 宗教的な beliefs see circumcision as normal, there are others who see it as an unnecessary 強襲,強姦 which can be 肉体的に and psychologically harmful.’
Tim Alford of the 圧力団体 Men Do Complain, which is supporting the woman’s 事例/患者, says there is a growing (激しい)反発 against the ‘male genital mutilation’ 伴う/関わるd in circumcision.
John 過密な住居, 74, a retired 内科医 from Harlow, Essex, who has been (選挙などの)運動をするing against child circumcision for 20 years, said: ‘A lot of men say they feel mutilated.’
David Smith of 圧力団体 Genital 自治, which also 代表するs angry circumcised men, 追加するd: ‘We’re hoping the 事例/患者 will open the floodgates for other (民事の)告訴s and a 解明 that circumcision of 非,不,無-同意ing children is a human 権利s 乱用.’
The British 医療の 協会 says that it is 改訂するing its 倫理的な 指導基準s on circumcision, which 現在/一般に say: ‘It is for society to decide what 限界s should be 課すd on parental choice.’ The new 文書 is 推定する/予想するd to be published いつか in the next year.
