'Many people I see either don't realize or are in 否定 about their alcohol 消費 ? I often 嫌疑者,容疑者/疑う it's 二塁打 what people 収容する/認める to.

On a 瓶/封じ込める of ワイン or a can of lager and you'll see either a 百分率, followed by the abbreviation ‘ABV’ (alcohol by 容積/容量), or いつかs just the word ‘vol’.?

ワイン that says ‘13 ABV’ on its label 含む/封じ込めるs 13 パーセント pure alcohol.?

While some ales are 3.5 パーセント, some lagers can be around 6 パーセント.

Some ワインs can 含む/封じ込める 上向きs of 14 パーセント alcohol.??

A DANGEROUS LINE

FROM CANCER TO DEPRESSION, HOW HEAVY DRINKING WRECKS YOUR HEALTH?

We all know the dangerous of 激しい boozing on the 肝臓 ? but there's much more at 火刑/賭ける.?

'One thing many people seem oblivious to is the massively 増加するd 危険 of 癌 from drinking alcohol 過度に,' says Dr Mohiuddin.?'The 危険 is 類似の to smoking ? and goes through the roof when it comes to breast, mouth and bowel 癌.'

In fact, alcohol is linked to over 60 illnesses and 病気s, 含むing heart 病気, and it's 概算の that around one in three men and one in six women will develop some sort of health problem 原因(となる)d by it.

On 最高の,を越す of physical 損失, alcohol and 不景気 go 手渡す-in-手渡す. This is because it 影響する/感情s the chemistry of the brain ? 加える hangovers can create a cycle of waking up feeling ill, anxious, jittery and 有罪の.

The 危険 of 自殺 and self-害(を与える) also 増加するs when alcohol is 追加するd into the mix.

'There is the 問題/発行する of 原因(となる) and 影響 when it comes to alcohol and 不景気,' explains Dr Mohiuddin.?

'More often than not, it's alcohol making a person depressed rather than drinking because they're depressed ? although they may not realize it. Most people find their mood starts to 解除する when they stop drinking for a few weeks, which is a tell-tale 調印する.'

But when do your long lunches, after-work drinks or that 'decompression' glass of ワイン at home become a 原因(となる) for 関心?

'Not everyone who drinks ひどく will become 扶養家族, or an アル中患者,' explains Dr Mohiuddin.?'But some of us are definitely predisposed to it.

'It's a mixture of 遺伝子s and 環境. Many people with a drinking problem have a family history of it ? a parent, aunt/uncle, a grandparent. It doesn't mean everyone in a family will 苦しむ.

'However, if the 環境 is there ? perhaps a 職業 with a 激しい drinking culture - a problem can develop.'

Around 20 パーセント of people in Britain and the USA drink to a 危険な level, 人物/姿/数字s show.

'It's 平易な for many people to get through a 瓶/封じ込める of ワイン a night, and over time, this can creep 刻々と 上向きs, to two or even three,' says Dr Mohiuddin.

'In my experience, a lot of 激しい drinkers ? both men and women - 刻々と move の上に harder things.?

'They may start with beer or perhaps ワイン and then 進歩 on to 激しい spirits such as vodka or whiskey.

'However it's not やむを得ず what you are drinking or where, it's the 量 and the 影響 it's having on your life (see below). Some people will be able to 削減(する) 負かす/撃墜する, while others will try and then realise they can't ? a 調印する of dependence.

'There is a 重要な 割合 of 激しい drinkers who don't realise or are in 否定 that they could be 機能(する)/行事ing ? albeit progressively いっそう少なく 機能(する)/行事ing ? アル中患者s.'

THE WARNING SIGNS

'The main problem is that it's やめる 平易な for some people to slip into drinking 定期的に ? and the soothing 影響 it gives you becomes like using a tranquilizing 医薬 such as diazepam,' explains Dr Mohiuddin.

'But over time, the 利益s wear off quicker and you need more alcohol to get the same 影響.'

'Many people associate 存在 an アル中患者 with drinking in the morning, the old adage of 'vodka on the cornflakes' or sitting on a park (法廷の)裁判 with a can of cider ? but there are many more subtle 調印するs of dependence and/or alcoholism.'
