Using a camera that only sees UV light, 研究員s from the University of Liverpool have compared the difference between sun 保護 from sunscreen and moisturiser.

The way the camera sees means areas which are 井戸／弁護士席 保護するd from UV rays appear darker in the photographs.

In the above image on the left, the woman's 直面する is covered with SPF30 sun cream ? it is 井戸／弁護士席 適用するd and covers almost all her 直面する, and is 黒人／ボイコット in the photo meaning it has 吸収するd a lot of UV light.

In the 権利 手渡す image, however, the woman has used an SPF30 moisturiser ? she has not 適用するd it 同様に around the 注目する，もくろむs, which are high 危険 areas for 肌 癌s.

1. Spend time in the shade during the sunniest part of the day when the sun is at its strongest, which is usually between 11am and 3pm in the summer months.

2. 避ける direct sun （危険などに）さらす for babies and very young children.

3. When it is not possible to 限界 your time in the sun, keeping yourself 井戸／弁護士席 covered, with a hat, t-shirt, and sunglasses can give you 付加 保護.
