選挙運動者s are 開始する，打ち上げるing an '違法な 血 bank' to collect 寄付s from sexually active gay and bisexual men in 抗議する over 政府 支配するs.?

Under 存在するing 対策, men are not 許すd to 寄付する 血 within three months of having sex with another man.?

This is because sex between two men carries a statistically higher 危険 of transmitting 血-borne 感染s such as HIV or 肝炎.

It can take weeks or even months for these to appear on 実験（する）s so the 国家の 血 寄付 programme has a time 衝撃を和らげるもの to minimise the 危険 of 誤った 消極的な 実験（する）s.?

The 違法な 血 Bank 選挙運動者s say it's 不公平な to 除外する men from 寄付するing 血 based on their 性の history and that there is a '抱擁する pool of 寄贈者s going to waste'.

NHS 血 and 移植（する） said it follows 指導基準s based on 統計に基づく 証拠 and that the safety of people receiving 血 is more important than anything else.?

Campaigners will hold an event in London next weekend to collect blood donations from gay and bisexual men and then screen them to show how many would be suitable for NHS donation and show how current rules are unfair

Freedom to 寄付する 創立者 Ethan Spibey said: 'Our position is simple ? anyone who can 安全に 寄付する 血 should be able to.?

WHAT RESTRICTIONS ARE THERE ON GAY MEN GIVING BLOOD??

存在 a gay or bisexual man does not mean someone can't ever give 血.

But 現在の NHS and 政府 支配するs 妨げる men from 寄付するing 血 if they have had oral or anal sex with another man within the last three months.

This is because sex between men carries a higher 危険 of HIV 感染 ? or 感染 with other 血-borne 病気s such as 肝炎 ? than 異性愛の sex.

率s of HIV are higher in the men-who-have-sex-with-men group than in the general 全住民 in the UK, and anal sex is also more likely to 送信する／伝染させる the 感染 because of the 危険 of tissue 損失.

Other groups which have 制限s on whether they can 寄付する 血 含む: People who have had 移植（する）s/infusions; people who have HIV or 肝炎 B or C; people who have ever had syphilis; people who have ever 注入するd 麻薬s; people who have had sex with people from places where HIV is ありふれた (ie sub-Saharan Africa).

Keegan Hirst, an 率直に gay rugby player for Halifax, is supporting the （選挙などの）運動をする and said: 'People should be 権力を与えるd to celebrate who they are but this won't happen if there are 政策s in place, which 差別する against 確かな communities.?

'I'll be 寄付するing 血 at the 違法な 血 Bank in the hope it leads to gay and bisexual men who are 安全な to 寄付する, 存在 able to do so.'

NHS 血 and 移植（する） said the 政策s which 治める／統治する who it can 受託する 血 from do not 除外する people 特に because they're gay or bisexual.

Men who have sex with men can 寄付する whenever they like if they have a clean 法案 of health and 港／避難所't had sex for three months ? it is the 行為／法令／行動する, not the orientation, which is considered risky.?

Likewise, men who say they are 異性愛の but have had sex with a man in the last three months would not be able to 寄付する.?

率s of HIV are higher の中で men who have sex with men and the lining of the anus is thin and more likely to be 損失d during sex than a vagina, 増加するing the chance of an 交流 of 血. Semen is also more likely to 送信する／伝染させる the 感染 because it can stay in the 団体／死体 for 比較して long periods of time.

The 推論する／理由 for the three-month time 衝撃を和らげるもの is that 実験（する） results may not be 正確な if someone has very recently acquired the 感染.

Dr Su Brailsford, an NHSBT 顧問, said: 'We are already working collaboratively with LGBT+ groups on 血 寄付, through the FAIR steering group.
