Cures for snoring are only a dream

A dig in the ribs has long been one of the simplest and cheapest 治療（薬）s for snoring. Then along （機の）カム a 範囲 of 'cures' costing anything up to £20 which 約束d snorers and their partners an end to 乱すd nights.

Some 40 per cent of Britons are thought to snore 定期的に, with men the worst 違反者／犯罪者s. Health Which? asked the 製造業者s to send 研究 supporting their （人命などを）奪う，主張するs.

Somni Snore Guard. Worn at night like a gum guard. £19.99. 率ing: 30 per cent. It failed to 供給する enough 証拠 of its efficacy, and isn't suitable for snorers with nasal congestion.

Snoreeze mouthspray. £12.95 for 60ml. 研究 率ing: 32 per cent. 専門家s criticised its 'grossly 誇張するd' （人命などを）奪う，主張するs. 一括ing （人命などを）奪う，主張するs thousands have been helped, but the 証拠 consisted of a two week-裁判，公判 with 28 snorers.

Y-Snore nose 減少（する）s £11.95 for 5ml. 研究 率ing: 33 per cent. Some 熟考する／考慮するs into this homeopathic 製品 had serious design 欠陥s, using only eight or ten 関係者s.

Snorestop chewable tablets. £4.50 for 20. 研究 率ing: 34 per cent. （人命などを）奪う，主張するd 80 per cent of 患者s noticed 改良 in five nights but this needed more 証拠 to support it. 関心s that the 一括ing said tablets were suitable for children because snoring in children should always be 調査／捜査するd by a doctor.

Snore No More nasal spray. £8.50 for 10ml. 研究 率ing: 44 per cent. One 専門家 said the success 率 of the 臨床の 裁判，公判 was 'artificially inflated' while another 述べるd the 証拠 as 'ごくわずかの.'

Nozovent, nasal dilation 装置. £8.99 for pack of two. 研究 率ing: 67 per cent. 専門家s believed it would only help if snoring is 原因（となる）d by a nasal obstruction. Snorers in the 裁判，公判 いつかs 設立する the 装置 fell out of their nose.

Breathe 権利 nasal （土地などの）細長い一片s. £13.99 for 30 or £5.99 for ten. 研究 率ing: 67 per cent. These are said to pull congested nasal passages open. But 専門家s were 批判的な of the 製造者's （人命などを）奪う，主張する that most snoring is 予定 to nasal breathing problems.
