Jaswant Singh's son takes on the Army over '政府 land' 論争
The army seems to have been caught on the wrong foot after its 地元の 部隊 反抗するd a 法廷，裁判所's 抑制するing order by 盗品故買者ing off a 論争d 陰謀（を企てる）, 含むing the 8.03 bighas of land owned by expelled BJP 退役軍人 Jaswant Singh's son Manvendra, in Rajasthan's Barmer on Saturday.
Four other aggrieved owners, whose 陰謀（を企てる）s were also 存在 盗品故買者d off, 急ぐd to the 地元の police 駅／配置する on Sunday to 宿泊する an FIR.
The Army has 始める，決める up its 器具／備品 and （軍隊を）展開する，配備するd a 戦車／タンク at the 位置／汚点／見つけ出す, 禁じるing public 入ること／参加（者） into the area.

As per the 公式の／役人 記録，記録的な／記録するs, copies of which are in the 所有／入手 of Mail Today, the 省 of Defence had acquired 214 bighas of land from Khasra (陰謀（を企てる）) number 223, next to the Jalipa 軍の 駅／配置する, around five km from Barmer, from the Rajasthan 政府 on April 8, 1982.
The land was later 手渡すd over to the Army.
Later, it was 設立する that a 非軍事の, Modaji Purohit, owned 8.03 bighas in the middle of the Army's acquired land. In 1982, Purohit had 需要・要求するd a 補償（金） for his 陰謀（を企てる） and the house on it.
Moreover, when Purohit 現在のd 文書s showing his khatedari (所有権) 権利s on the said 陰謀（を企てる）, 歳入 公式の／役人s 設立する that the 陰謀（を企てる） was wrongly shown as '政府 land'.
The Army had 拒絶するd the 歳入 department's 補償（金） request for the said 陰謀（を企てる）, 説 they had made all the 要求するd 支払い（額）s to the 政府.
For years, the Army had left the 事柄 未解決の rather than taking it up with the Rajasthan 政府. In 2007, the Army had 盗品故買者d 188 bighas of land and, for 推論する／理由s best known to its 当局, left the remaining 26 bighas unfenced, Manvendra's counsel Dungar Singh Mahecha pointed out.
Manvendra's 陰謀（を企てる） was 位置を示すd in the 26 bighas of unfenced land. The BJP 立法議員 had 購入（する）d the 陰謀（を企てる） in April, 2011 from its previous owner Hajan Laso Mehar.
The 陰謀（を企てる） had passed on through three owners before reaching Manvendra. When Manvendra 設立する out that his 陰謀（を企てる）'s 歳入 記録，記録的な／記録する was not 訂正するd, he had moved a 嘆願（書） on July, 2012 before the 法廷，裁判所 of sub-divisional 治安判事 to make the necessary 是正 in the 記録，記録的な／記録するs.
The SDM had referred the 事柄 to the Barmer collector. The 共同の-長官 (歳入) - in 返答 to a letter from the collector 捜し出すing the 明言する／公表する 政府's 指示／教授／教育, on May 8 last year had ordered that if the Army 手配中の，お尋ね者 Manvendra's 陰謀（を企てる） for use, then it could do so after に引き続いて the 予定 過程 of 取得／買収 with the competent 行政の 当局.
Manvendra, however, had challenged the SDM's 決定／判定勝ち（する） in the 法廷，裁判所 of the divisional commissioner. The 事柄 has remained sub-judice in the divisional commissioner's 法廷，裁判所, which had on July 13 last year ordered to 持続する status quo till その上の order.
On Saturday night, the Army 部隊 軍隊d Manvendra's guard to vacate the 陰謀（を企てる）. The に引き続いて day the guard 報告（する）／憶測d the 事柄 to Manvendra when he saw the 陰謀（を企てる） 盗品故買者d, Mahecha said.
Defence spokesperson 陸軍大佐 S. D. Goswami told Mail Today that the Army 軍隊／機動隊s were only carrying out 集団の／共同の training in that "general area".
