Beginning his sermon, Dean of Windsor, the 権利 Reverend David Conner, said: 'It was soon after she and Jack had first met that Princess Eugenie read The 広大な/多数の/重要な Gatsby by F Scott Fitzgerald.
'One particular passage in whcih Jay Gatsby is 述べるd reminded her すぐに of Jack. She decided that she 手配中の,お尋ね者 結局 to let Jack know how much those words had brought him to mind.?That is why they have had a special place (as the second reading) in today's wedding service.
'The words that 特に reminded her of Jack 関心 Gatsby's smile. As we heard from the reading: 'It was one of those rare smiles with a 質 of eternal 安心 in it... It concentrated on you with an irresistible prejudice in your favour'.
'In doing so, they understand that marriage is something far more 深遠な than any 肉親,親類d of '契約', as we usually understand it.?
'There are no 条件s here; no 限界s. They 申し込む/申し出 each other an unqualified 約束 to be there for each other come what may. It is the unqualified nature of the 約束 that 生成するs a feeling of 安全, the gift o f 'eternal 安心'.'

The service was led by the Dean of Windsor, with 祈りs led by the Most Reverend and 権利 Honourable John Sentamu, 大司教 of York.
The organists 含むd Peter Roper-Curzon, a member of the bride's family, with 業績/成果s by tenor Andrea Bocelli, a friend of Sarah, Duchess of York.?
