Can the 会議 stop me using a field for my dog walking 商売／仕事?

I live on a farm 近づく Bristol, in the middle of the countryside and miles from any 隣人s. I've been using one of our fields for dog walking, just to earn a little extra income.

People 減少（する） off their dogs at さまざまな times of the day and I walk them around the field.
