An 独立した・無所属 報告（する）／憶測 published by the world 治める／統治するing 団体／死体 of cycling （人命などを）奪う，主張するs ‘a culture of 麻薬ing continues to 存在する’ in the sport.

The CIRC 報告（する）／憶測 will make uncomfortable reading for members of the peloton who （人命などを）奪う，主張する the sport is essentially clean today.

After a 13-month 調査, the 報告（する）／憶測 結論するs: ‘The general 見解（をとる） is that at the エリート level the 状況／情勢 has 改善するd, but that 麻薬ing is still taking place.

The UCI only last recommended that the Astana team - which 含むs 小旅行する de フラン 支持する／優勝者 Vincenzo Nibali (pictured) - have their racing licence 取り消すd after five of their riders (not Nibali) 実験（する）d 肯定的な

CIRC also raises 関心s about how ありふれた the use of TUEs (治療力のある use 控除) remains. One doctor said it was impossible to lose the 負わせる that some riders 達成する without 援助 from TUEs.
