Paul Farbrace has been 確認するd as England's assistant coach.

Farbrace 辞職するd as Sri Lanka coach on Tuesday, 覆うing the way for his 任命 as Peter Moores' No 2.

The former Kent and Middlesex wicketkeeper said: 'It’s fantastic to be given the 適切な時期 to work with your own country’s 国家の team and this was an 申し込む／申し出 that I could not turn 負かす／撃墜する ? much as I have enjoyed working with the Sri Lankan players and 株ing in their 最近の success.

A Sri Lanka Cricket 声明 on Tuesday read: 'The 国家の coach Paul Farbrace tendered his 辞職 and has 示すd to SLC of his unavailability to continue with SLC with 即座の影響ーするために（問題を）取り上げる an 任命 with the ECB.'

Farbrace only joined Sri Lanka three months ago, with his 契約始める，決める to run until the end of the 2015 World Cup.

Sri Lanka saw off India to （人命などを）奪う，主張する the Twenty20 world 肩書を与える earlier this month, and that will remain Farbrace's 遺産／遺物.

England cricket bosses have spent the last week haggling with Sri Lanka over the 条件 of Farbrace's 解放（する）, and now the two boards have come to an 協定 over 補償（金）.

Moores has left Lancashire to return to the England 職業 he vacated in 2009.

1967: Born on July 7 in Ash-next-挟む in Kent.

1987-1995: Features in 40 first-class matches for Kent and Middlesex as a wicketkeeper and 権利-手渡すd batsman.
