West Indies vs England REPORT cricket: All the 活動／戦闘 from day two of the third 実験（する） in Barbados as it happened

That is indeed that. And I can tell you that we have seen the most wickets 落ちる (18) in one day in Barbados.

Ben Stokes in, there will probably be one more over after this one for England to hang on without losing another wicket.

Permaul getting plenty of turn and there are three の近くに catchers around Gary Ballance.

These Two (Root and Ballance) are more than 有能な of putting on a good stand here and England need them to, they are only 86 ahead going into the 10th over.

Gabriel banging them in at over 90 mph as Ballance struggles to get him away on the 脚 味方する a couple of times. Another maiden thanks to some brilliant fielding at short 脚. And there will be a break for drinks.

England need another big innings from Joe Root, who joins Ballance at the crease.

Gary Ballance is padded up on the balcony of the pavilion so he must be ready to bat this evening if 要求するd.

Jimmy Anderson finishes with six for 42 off of 12.4 overs as Blackwood's impressive innings of 85 comes to an end. Without him West Indies would be out of this match. As it is they are still very much in it as they 追跡する by 68 runs. Looking 今後 to the 残り／休憩（する） of this 開会／開廷／会期.

PAUL NEWMAN: A 広大な／多数の／重要な catch by Moeen Ali, a sixth wicket for Jimmy Anderson, a wonderful 反対する-attack by Jermaine Blackwood and England have a lead of 68. They are Anderson's third best 人物／姿／数字s in his career and his best overseas.

Fantastic stuff here today and the thousands of England 支持者s who have travelled here have got 十分な value for money so far. But thanks to Blackwood West Indies are not out of this just yet. What a 開会／開廷／会期 we have in 前線 of us now.

PAUL NEWMAN: Welcome to 実験（する） cricket Adam Lyth! A sharp reflex catch from the 代用品，人 fielder and Jimmy Anderson has a fourth wicket, his 394th in all. Veerasammy Permaul can 明確に bat a bit! One worry for them is spin in 条件s made for the spinners. Moeen Ali's problems in those two overs he was taken apart by Blackwood are a 思い出の品 that he's not the finished article yet while Joe Root is a useful off-spinner but will always be a batsman who bowls a bit.

Gary Ballance hasn't returned yet after he was struck on the arm but news coming in that it is just bad bruising rather than any break or fracture.

Really uneven bounce as one keeps very low as 幅の広い continues. It sounded as though there might have been a slight inside 辛勝する／優位 but it didn't carry to Buttler anyway.

It's a wicket that looked good for the spinners today but it's England's seamers that have done the 損失.

Jermaine Blackwood is going to continue to play his 発射s now West Indies are 負かす／撃墜する to the tail end and Jonathan Trott does 井戸／弁護士席 to save one on the 境界.

Ben Stokes is brought into the attack to bowl for the first time in the 実験（する）. Jermaine Beckford brings up his 50 as he steers one backward of point off the 支援する foot. It's been an impressive innings by the young batsman. He 運動s Stokes with ferocious 力／強力にする but it is 井戸／弁護士席 saved by Jimmy Anderson at cover.

It really was a wonderful catch by Jordan to 解任する Chanderpaul.

Here's the catch form Jordan.

Chris Jordan takes the catch and keeps the ball in his 手渡す for another solid over. Two from the over, the first runs he has 譲歩するd in four overs.

Paul Newman: That is as good a catch as you will ever see. Chris Jordan is one of the safest slip fielders England can ever have had, he really is that good, and that was almost a 炭素 copy of his two 優れた catches in Antigua. His 'home' （人が）群がる, who have shown him nothing but 好意／親善 here on his return to Barbados with England, enjoyed that one.

It was important for England too as Moeen Ali had got it all wrong in the two overs Jermaine Blackwood 粉砕するd him for 26 runs. But Chanderpaul does punish the short ball on the 脚 味方する. He is getting his length all wrong at the moment, Ali. Probably time for a change.

Chris Jordan, who grew up on the island of Barbados before moving to England as a 十代の少年少女, comes into the England attack.

A decent first over by Jordan. No runs from it.

Jerome Taylor made light work of England tail end as the tourists only managed to 追加する 17 runs to their 夜通し 得点する／非難する／２０ to end their first innings on 257.

And in the 14 overs before lunch Jimmy Anderson took three wickets with a masterclass in new ball bowling to leave West Indies 37-3.

Root gifts Chanderpaul four runs with a short 配達／演説／出産 on the 脚 味方する. Hasn't やめる 設立する his length yet, Root. No more runs off the over, though.

And that will be lunch. A brilliant start with the ball for England after failing to 追加する many more with the bat first thing.

Ali continues and he is finding plenty of turn out there. Bravo fends him off on the 支援する foot for the first four 配達／演説／出産s but he gets him coming 今後 at the end.

The clock strikes 12 but there will be one more over before lunch.

And it's spin at both ends before lunch as Joe Root comes in to the attack. A wayward start by him, sends one 負かす／撃墜する the 脚 味方する for four byes.

Chanderpaul 得点する／非難する／２０s another two in 前線 of sqaure on the 脚 味方する with a delicate flick of the wrists.

Moeen Ali is brought into the attack. First ball is a little wide but there is definitely turn in this wicket for him.

Ali coming around the wicket and spinning away to the left-handers. One 配達／演説／出産 行方不明になるs the outside 辛勝する／優位 before Bravo 作品 him for two on the off 味方する.

A small 控訴，上告 as Bravo pads one away, but nothing doing.

It has been a fantastic start for England and for Anderson. England's 主要な wicket-taker has all three wickets and it could have been worre for West Indies had Cook held a 比較して simple catch off of Bravo's 辛勝する／優位.

PAUL NEWMAN: What a 配達／演説／出産! What a misjudgment from Marlon Samuels! Why on earth did he review it? That was plumb, that was a magnificent in swinger from Jimmy Anderson and England are on 解雇する／砲火／射撃! That's three out of three for Anderson who is now just seven wickets away from the magical 400 人物／姿／数字 in 実験（する） cricket. If he gets all 10 here he will reach 400 today! That wouldn't be a bad story, would it??

PAUL NEWMAN: Marlon Samuels is not going to hang around today 明確に. If 条件s are going to be difficult for batting he is going to take the attack to England and why not. That must be the first over that has passed without a West Indies batsman looking uncomfortable. A serious bouncer in there by Anderson and two through the 脚 味方する for Bravo.

Darren Bravo steps up to the crease and 安全に sees out the 残り／休憩（する） of the over without 得点する／非難する／２０ing.

The perfect start for the tourists.

PAUL NEWMAN: What a start for Jimmy Anderson and England! 即座の swing, the ball pitched up, and Kraigg Brathwaite 辛勝する／優位s it into the 安全な 手渡すs of Chris Jordan at slip. Jordan took that so nonchalently it looked as though he didn't want to celebrate a wicket against his home team! But I think he was just playing it 冷静な／正味の. A lot of 圧力 now on debutant Shai Hope.

And it's the perfect start for England. Kraigg Brathwaite hangs a bat out and Anderson finds the outside 辛勝する／優位 and Chris Jordan takes the catch in the slips.

Plenty of uneven bounce on the wicket though and it's another maided.

Stuart 幅の広い, who hasn't been in good form with the bat recently, comes to the crease with two wickets remaining for England.

PAUL NEWMAN: Another blow for England as Chris Jordan goes caught 負かす／撃墜する the 脚 味方する. That total of 300 is looking some way away now. We all know that Stuart 幅の広い's batting has 崩壊するd in 最近の times. This would be a good time for him to relocate his form with the bat.

Shannon Gabriel, who, along with Jason 支えるもの／所有者, was the 選ぶ of the West Indies attack on day one taking two wickets, 取って代わるs Marlon Samuels and Ramdin chooses pace over spin this morning.

PAUL NEWMAN: Good morning from beautiful Barbados where we have a fascinating second day of this final 実験（する） in prospect.
