Newcastle have 調印するd Hatem Ben Arfa for £6million and 手渡すd him a four-and-a-half year 取引，協定.

The Marseille winger has been out with a broken 脚 since October, and has only played four games for Newcastle, but the Tyneside club have moved quickly in the 移転 window to 安全な・保証する the フラン international.
