INSIGHT: Give us some flair at home, Sam, or you have to go at the end of the season

When I look at how my beloved West Ham have played this season, I keep coming 支援する to one question: would you rather stay up playing bad football or go 負かす／撃墜する playing good football? After some of the 業績／成果s, I honestly think I’d rather go 負かす／撃墜する.

West Ham are a yo-yo club, we always have been. We won’t 勝利，勝つ the 首相 League and we won’t 勝利，勝つ the 支持する／優勝者s League. But one thing we have always had is character, and that is what we have been 不正に 行方不明の.

When I was young, the thing that got me 麻薬中毒の were the characters on the pitch. We weren’t the best team, and we definitely lost more games than we won, but you always walked out of the ground with a smile on your 直面する.

Players like Frank McAvennie, Tony Cottee, Ray Stewart, George Parris, Billy 社債s. They weren’t the best group of players but they all had hearts like lions and gave everything for the club. That’s all the West Ham fans ask for.

This season, we’ve got no leaders. Sam Allardyce has his style, and it is an ugly one. As for him goading the booing fans against 船体, that was a 不名誉.

He has brought us some 勝利，勝つs, but the problem is how we play. At home you should not sit 支援する and just knock long balls 今後. That’s not how I want my team to play football and it is not the West Ham way.

You don’t have to 勝利，勝つ ugly just to 生き残る either. Look at Swansea. They have 証明するd you can come into this 分割 and play passing football and still stay up. Why can’t West Ham do the same?

Losing to Manchester 部隊d was the first time I’ve ever left 早期に. It was an awful 業績／成果. You might not 推定する／予想する to （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域 部隊d, but at home the least you can do is have a go, 特に this season.

Yes, West Ham fans can be 有罪の of getting on people’s 支援するs. But it’s not ロケット／急騰する science to work out what they want. Every team have to 勝利，勝つ ugly at some point, and いつかs they can be the most 満足させるing games, but let’s at least play with flair at home.

It might sound like I don’t want us to 勝利，勝つ matches. Of course I do ― I want us to 勝利，勝つ the World Cup again! But 勝利，勝つ, lose or draw, you just want your football team to entertain you, and that is what we’ve been crying out for all season.

If it carries on like this, Allardyce 簡単に has to go at the end of the season ― for the good of the club.
