Training is not just about acquiring 戦術の 技術s, but also the mental 枠組み that will を強調する them.

He’s always been the same: it was this men tality that brought his success and not the other way 一連の会議、交渉／完成する.

His first big 職業 as 長，率いる coach of Dutch 巨大（な）s Ajax （機の）カム in September 1991, a shock 任命 when Leo Beenhakker went to Real Madrid, and the club chose their former 青年 coach にもかかわらず a （選挙などの）運動をする for the return of legend Johan Cruyff.

‘I sat in my car and suddenly I realised “I am technical director of Ajax”. I began sweating profusely,’ 先頭 Gaal 明らかにする／漏らすd in an interview with, of all magazines, Playboy. ‘That feeling lasted for only one minute. Afterwards I never again had that feeling.’

先頭 Gaal would get irritated over players not putting used towels in the laundry basket in the dressing room. If someone threw his towel どこかよそで he could take it home and wash it himself.

Another hallmark was that everyone, 含むing the superstars, would lug around the 巨大（な） 事例／患者s of 器具／備品 and not just the 道具 man or reserves.

Discipline was everything. At 圧力（をかける） 会議／協議会s the players invariably appeared in the stiff club 控訴, with matching tie and shoes. The jacket had to be buttoned up.

He fell out with Jan Wouters, the 33-year-old 退役軍人 who had been the 星／主役にする of central midfield since Cruyff 調印するd him in 1986; he fell out with Bryan Roy, humiliating the (n)艦隊／(a)素早い-footed winger in training 開会／開廷／会期s; he sidelined Johnny? 先頭 ’t Schip, who had been part of the furniture for a １０年間, by? moving him to the 右翼 until the striker 発表するd he no longer 手配中の，お尋ね者 to play there.

It wasn’t an instant success. 先頭 Gaal’s Ajax managed just 20 points out of the first 16 games, the? 支持者s lost 信用／信任 and calls from the stands for Cruyff to return were mixed with those for 先頭 Gaal to go.

His reaction? ‘I will not change my 態度,’ he said.?

His 信用／信任 was 証明するd 権利. By the end of his first season Ajax had won the UEFA Cup. A 有望な new team of young players, who had 現れるd through the system when 先頭 Gaal was their 青年 coach, had begun to take 形態／調整.

Players who had learned under his wing such as Patrick Kluivert, Marc Overmars, Edgar Davids and Edwin 先頭 der Sar went on to 勝利，勝つ the 支持する／優勝者s League in 1995, only failing to 保持する the トロフィー when Juventus （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域 them on 刑罰，罰則s a year later.

With 先頭 Gaal, there are no half 対策. People tend to be grouped by him as either friends or enemies.

His second wife Truus once worked as a PR 経営者／支配人 and so can 申し込む／申し出 him help on polishing his image, but he is neither bothered nor 利益／興味d.

He says: ‘If I think something 不公平な is taking place, I 反応する. That has nothing to do with 尊敬（する）・点. You can turn it around; the other person has failed to show 尊敬（する）・点 for me.’

Those who work for him and follow his lead will tell you he is warm and generous with his time and his conversation. But he will 削減（する） dead those who take a different path.

Years after his first glory days at Ajax - when, during a second （一定の）期間 at the club, he was 落ちるing out with 星／主役にする players again but this time without the same success - he was asked if he had ever read the 調書をとる／予約する? I am always 権利 by the Dutch author Willem Frederik Hermans.

There is a 説 that nobody gets to know what would have happened. That’s certainly true of Louis 先頭 Gaal’s years as a player.

Just 17 when he 入会させるd in the 学院 of Physical Education in the Amsterdam 郊外 of Geuzenveld, he stuck to his 熟考する／考慮するs even when two years later he was spotted by Ajax.

They gave him a Fiat 127 to 取って代わる his Puc h moped, but did little else to make life 平易な over two seasons.

‘These were two 激しい, hard years,’ said 先頭 Gaal, ‘because I 同時に played football and 熟考する／考慮するd to become a PE teacher.?

‘But my game mentality took 形態／調整 in those years and that still 利益s me. You see, playing football 井戸／弁護士席 is not enough; you have to want to 勝利，勝つ.’

If Ajax formed his football philosophy, his time first 熟考する／考慮するing and then working in schools was? also a major 影響（力）. Manchester 部隊d’s players will find a bit of coach, a bit of social 労働者, and a lot of school teacher about their new boss.

He says himself that 熟考する／考慮するing in the 学院 was where ‘I learned what makes people tick’.

Ajax and Dutch 経営者／支配人 Rinus Michels, cr edited as the architect of total football, was one of his 役割 models because he’d also experienced life outside the professional game.

先頭 Gaal said: ‘Michels was a PE teacher first 同様に. Players are just like big children. So there really is a resemblance between 存在 a teacher and 存在 a coach.’

His first taste of the 職業 he dreamed of as 経営者／支配人 of his own country ended in 失敗 with a Dutch squad that imploded and failed even to qualify for the World Cup in 2002.

Even then, in his own mind, that 失敗 was the fault of the players and not him. ‘Some of the players 辞退するd to 受託する my methods,’ he said. ‘I am who I am and I have my own ways. I’m not going to change and I have no 願望（する） to.’

In 2009, when he started work at Bayern Munich and results took time to come, it was repo rted that he had been heard going 一連の会議、交渉／完成する the dressing room 主張するing: ‘I am like God.
