Massimo Cellino 主張するs he will not sell 物陰／風下d 部隊d after 存在 'disqualified' from owning the club by Football League

The Board of Directors of The Football League has, once again, considered the position of 物陰／風下d 部隊d 大統領, Massimo Cellino, under its Owners' and Directors' 実験（する）.

以前 (March 2014), the Board had 支配するd that Mr Cellino was 支配する to a disqualifying 条件 after he was 設立する 有罪の of an offence under Italian 税金 法律制定 relating to the 非，不，無-支払い（額） of 輸入関税 on a boat (which resulted in him 存在 罰金d ?600,000). In April 2014, this 決定／判定勝ち（する） was 首尾よく 控訴，上告d by Mr Cellino at a 審理，公聴会 of the Professional 行為／行う 委員会 (PCC) 議長，司会を務めるd by an 独立した・無所属 QC (sitting alone).

In reaching his 判決, Tim Kerr QC 結論するd that: “Mr Cellino has 満足させるd me that on the facts before me, what he was 罪人／有罪を宣告するd of was not 行為／行う which would reasonably be considered to be dishonest.” Before going on to 明言する／公表する that: “if the 推論する／理由d 判決，裁定 of the 法廷，裁判所 in Cagliari 公表する／暴露するs that the 行為／行う of Mr Cellino was such that it would reasonably be considered to be dishonest, he would become 支配する to a Disqualifying 条件.”

Cellino watches 物陰／風下d take on QPR 支援する in March before his 引き継ぎ／買収 had been 完全にするd?

At its 会合 last week, the Board considered the 推論する／理由d Judgment of the Italian 法廷，裁判所 against Mr Cellino, having 首尾よく 適用するd to the Italian 法廷，裁判所s for its 十分な 公表，暴露. The Board considered 詳細（に述べる）d 合法的な advice and agreed 全員一致で (with the exception of its 大統領, Shaun Harvey, who did not 参加する the 審議 or 投票（する） having 宣言するd an 利益／興味*) that Mr Cellino is 支配する to a disqualifying 条件 under the 条件 of the 実験（する）.

Mr Cellino is する権利を与えるd to 控訴，上告 the Board's 決定／判定勝ち（する） to the PCC within 14 days. As the Judgment of the Italian 法廷，裁判所 has not been published in Italy, The Football League will not make any of its contents public.

Additionally, the Board 結論するd that it was appropriate to ask an 独立した・無所属 Football Disciplinary （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 (FDC) to consider whether Mr Cellino and/or 物陰／風下d 部隊d 違反d League 規則s relating to the timely 公表，暴露 of 関連した （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）. The 事柄 will be heard by an FDC in 予定 course.
