首相 League slammed over Wigley

Wigley took over from Paul Sturrock in August, but he is not in 所有／入手 of the diploma which is 要求するd by all 経営者／支配人s and coaches in the 最高の，を越す-flight.

It had been 示唆するd that he would have to stand 負かす／撃墜する in December, when his three-month period of 余裕／偏流 with the 首相 League 満了する／死ぬd.
