地位,任命する-mortem after Bolton (警官の)巡回区域,受持ち区域 West Ham 4-0 at the Rebok on Saturday

Q: How does this 危機 compare to previous times when you’ve been under 圧力?

A: I’ve got to be honest, the 圧力 has never really fazed me. I’ve always 扱う/治療するd success and 失敗 in the same light, and tried to be 一貫した. It’s important to the players that I give them strong leadership and try to guide them through t his difficult period.

A lot of this group have been under a 圧力 of 期待 to get out of the 選手権, but that’s a very different 圧力 to get through relegation. That’s 影響する/感情d some of the players, it’s obvious to see, and it’s our 職業 to put that 権利. We’ll be working on the 信用/信任 levels in particular.

Q: Have you seen the new owners since the game finished?

A: No, I (機の)カム straight to the 圧力(をかける) 会議/協議会. But I will see them.

Q: You 需要・要求するd a reaction from the players after the Wigan 敗北・負かす in midweek - do you think there was any 調印する of one?

A: I was putting 圧力 on the group by 説 that, of course, and I 手配中の,お尋ね者 that 圧力 because we need to live with it.

But I knew this was going to be a very difficult game. Anybody who saw our team-sheet knows there were some 重要な players 行方不明の. No 物陰/風下 Bowyer, of course, and with the two centre-halves (Anton Ferdinand and Danny Gabbidon) and Dean Ashton 同様に, that’s a big blow for any team, 特に one that’s just come into the 首相の職 in the last 18 months.

Q: Do you take the brunt of 責任/義務?

A: I’m not going to criticise any of my players 個々に. We’ll have to take this 敗北・負かす as a group. We had words afterwards, and I feel that we’re a lot better than we’re showing at the moment. We have to get 支援する to that very quickly.

Q: Do you feel that you are under 圧力?

A: To a degree. I’m trying my best to nurse some players through a difficult 状況/情勢. We’ve had a season of 不確定, we now have new owners in, and the players find themselves under a new 圧力 of 存在 in the relegation zone.

Everything was going so 井戸/弁護士席 last season and this is a new experience for them. We’ve got a good staff here and we’re just trying to guide them through this period.

We know next week against Manchester 部隊d is a very difficult game for us, but then we come into a run of games when you’d have to say the teams are on an even par with us and we must start 選ぶing up points quickly.

Q: Are you 確信して the new owners will give you the time and understanding?

A: I hope so.

Q: The team looks so low on 信用/信任, Alan, is your own 信用/信任 starting to 苦しむ a little bit?

A: No, I don’t を煩う that.

Q: How would you 述べる your mood at the moment?

A: I’m disappointed for our fans because they’ve seen us not doing enough on the road, and the group are very much aware that every game ? 特に away games ? we’re building the 圧力, and it doesn’t make it any easier.

Q: Is trying to build 信用/信任 the biggest thing?

A: I think so. In adversity, when you’re 存在 乱打するd to some degree, that is the time to really come through. And you don’t get success in any walk of life unless you come through these periods. This has had a pretty nice run team in the 首相の職 until this season, and now we’re learning. At least we’ve got time to 演説(する)/住所 it.
