The pair then kept up the good work, Hamilton doing his level best to hang on to the 勝利者, Red Bull’s 示す Webber, while Button scythed his way through the field to earn a magnificent fourth.

Heaping 賞賛する on the home fans, Hamilton, who clinched his fourth 連続する podium finish, said: ‘What a 週末. I don’t believe any other Grand Prix puts on as 広大な／多数の／重要な a show. What were they thinking about when they thought about taking this Grand Prix away? It’s been amazing this 週末, probably the best 週末 I think I’ve seen.

‘The fans have been phenomenal all weeken d so I am glad myself and Jenson did a 広大な／多数の／重要な 職業 today.

‘Hopefully it is not a real 失望 for the Brits. I think we still put on a good show and the 選手権 is not decided this 週末. Today was about 損失 制限, but hopefully when we get the 昇格 it should spring us out 前線.’

‘This 運動 could definitely be telling come the end of the season. This reminds me of
Brazil last year when I won the world 選手権, so a very enjoyable race.

‘I was always 押し進めるing and the last （競技場の）トラック一周 Nico (Rosberg) 支援するd off a bit. I thought he might make a mistake or I might be able to make a 肺 ― but it wasn’t possible. I couldn’t get a third today but fourth is not bad.’

Even so, Hamilton’s second place saw him stretch his lead at the 最高の，を越す of the drivers’ （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する to 12 points over Button, who is understandably desperate to be 支援する on the 最高の，を越す step of the podium for the first time since 中国 in April when the teams travel to Hockenheim, Germany in a fortnight’s time.
